Austin Commercial Real Estate Society (ACRES) is a private organization composed of the top 90 commercial real estate brokers in the Austin area. An elite organization of senior level commercial real estate professionals, our members are asked to join based upon a high level of professional criteria. Membership is by invitation only to those who have distinguished themselves through professionalism, integrity and quality workmanship in the brokerage of commercial and investment real estate. Our members have an average of 20+ years experience in the commercial real estate business with nearly 20% holding CCIM designations and 12% holding SIOR designations. 75% of our members hold a Brokers License and more than 50% have their own company.
