Our services at Attentive Mind are designed to assist those seeking to enhance their lives through the cultivation of wise, purposeful attention. Whether it is a situational crisis, issues in relationships or at work, or problems with depression, anxiety, panic, anger, insomnia, stress, trauma (PTSD), concussion symptoms, or chronic pain, we can help. We have extensive experience treating conditions that significantly impact on attention such as Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and postconcussion symptoms. We also assist those who want to improve their attention skills and develop a more mindful approach to life. Supportive counselling, cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), cognitive processing therapy for trauma (CPT), mindfulness-based therapy, meditation coaching, hypnosis, biofeedback, and neurofeedback are provided by our team.
