Is the newest member to join The Law Offices of Mitchel S. Drantch. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Colorado State University and holds a Paralegal certificate from Arapahoe Community College, graduating with honors from both institutions. Crystal interned at the Public Defenders Office of Arapahoe County before moving to a private investigation firm in Denver. For the last five years, she has conducted civil and criminal investigations for attorneys and clients in the private and public sector. As a licensed private investigator, she investigated civil personal injury lawsuits as well as pre-trial and post-conviction criminal cases. She has handled background searches, field investigations, pre-trial preparation, surveillance and process services. Her background has exposed her to knowledge of state laws in both civil and criminal procedure. Crystal also volunteers at the Colorado Innocence Center, processing discovery for attorneys representing convicted individuals proclaiming innocence. Mitchel S. Drantch

Received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst in 1985. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver College of Law in May 1993 and was admitted to practice as a lawyer in the State of Colorado in October 1993. He is a member of the Colorado Bar and Trial Lawyers Associations as well the C.T.L.A. Auto Litigation Committee. Mr. Drantch co-authored Handling the Automobile Injury Claim in Colorado, an attorney reference manual, and as a part of continuing legal education, Mr. Drantch is actively involved in teaching and lecturing other lawyers in the fields of auto injury and insurance bad-faith law. He has also received the American Jurisprudence Award for Trial Practice.
