AURORA TIMBERLAND

Aurora Timberland was established in 1989 by Ted Rowe Sr. as a wholesaler of Northern and Appalachian hardwoods. The company grew exponentially throughout the 1990's. In 2003 Aurora Timberland opened a distribution center in Aurora, ON to service the numerous woodworking and millwork facilities throughout Ontario. In 2006 with its sister company Royal Woodworking, Aurora Timberland moved to a new 75,000 square foot state of the art facility in Bradford, ON. In the mid-2000s Aurora Timberland began export hardwoods to customers overseas and this has become the fastest growing part of the business. In 2012 Aurora Timberland and Royal Woodworking were acquired by Alexandria Mouldings. Joining forces with Alexandria has helped Aurora Timberland expand in the United States and globally.
