Bob started with Automation Aids, Inc. in 1979 when he graduated from Temple University with a business degree. He began working within the office and warehouse operations learning the business from the bottom up. When the chance presented itself, he transitioned into sales when the greatest technologies were tabulating cards, floppy disks and green bar computer paper. His successes as a salesman led him to purchase AAI with Peter Curtis in 1998. The technology evolution became rampant and 22 years later Bob still plays a prominent role in the operations and success of Automation Aids today.

John has spent upwards of 20+ years working with major manufacturers of computer supplies and printer ribbons. Before AAI, he was tasked with handling large buying groups and Federal Reserve Banks with products from our industry. John also has management and customer service experience with a Fortune 500 company. Today, John works diligently for AAI in a sales capacity where he prides himself in using his past experiences and knowledge to serve our customers.

John was recently promoted to Operations Manager. He had previously worked with Automation Aids as our Controller from 2003. He oversees all our operations, including financial and accounting responsibilities and our daily internal operations. Prior to his tenure here, John spent 8 years working for a printer ribbon manufacturer as their Cost and Budget Accountant and Distributions Manager. His experience within our industry has grown tremendously over the years making him a highly qualified asset to Automation Aids. John continues to be at the forefront of our progress within our office and with our commercial and federal customer bases.

Kurt joined Automation Aids in partnership with his father William E. Gundlach in 1997. Previously, Kurt worked in the financial services industry from more than 20 years before changing his career to pursue Sales. That career change has led to 24 successful years with Automation Aids as an Independent Sales Representative. Kurt has amassed a large commercial customer base through his ability to consistently provide quality products alongside professional and courteous service. He currently continues his journey with AAI from his office in Delaware.

Lisa has worked in the laser printer industry since 2005 with Automation Aids. Before her current position, she professionally maintained IT equipment for years with other companies. Her outstanding knowledge of the machines and consumables we sell allows her to excel in the areas of service and customer satisfaction. Lisa services our commercial customers within the tri-state area and has crucial experience with all the top brands we sell.

Maury has been with Automation Aids for 15+ years and has been a large part of its evolution. He started working in Customer Service for two years where he handled customer relations, logistics, returns and various inside sales roles. This development sparked an opportunity to move into the Federal Sales branch of the company where he has worked ever since. Maury is responsible for the growth and success of our multiple federal contracts to this day. He specializes in providing our countless federal customers with the products they require in a timely and professional manner. Because of his efforts, Automation Aids was afforded one of the first GSA OS4 FSSI contracts since its inception.

Mike has been associated with Automation Aids for over 40 years since our early beginnings. He has learned the business from various job positions like logistics and warehouse management to commercial sales. He specializes in all forms of printed media as well as technology hardware and consumables. Mike has remained passionate about our products and the great customers he works with daily.
Peter has been in the imaging and computer supplies business for over 39 years. He started working for his family's business in 1980 manufacturing typewriter and dot matrix printer ribbons for various OEM's and dealers. As time progressed, he transitioned the business towards newer, non-impact technology items such as toner cartridges. As he likes to say, "I was practically baptized in ink". He prides himself on always doing the right thing for our customers and offering quality products at competitive pricing. Peter's vast knowledge in the imaging supplies arena has brought AAI into today's modern marketplace.
