The Austin Office Solutions team is led by Matt Watson, a commercial real estate veteran with 19 years of experience exclusively representing Tenants in the Austin area. Over the past 19 years Matt has represented more than 400 different companies in the Austin area including Kasasa, Maxwell Auto Group, ePlus, Fidelity National Title, ProAce Consulting, Smiley Media, Granite Construction and Austin Baptist Church. A large percentage of clients are companies that he has represented many times in various transactions for almost 20 years. Matt has worked with various sized companies including smaller startups as well as larger Fortune 500 companies. Over the years Matt has worked primarily with office users in multi-tenant buildings as large as 75,000 square feet and as small as 500 square feet.
