Sara Krokos provides acute and chronic care to both men and women, from teenagers to octogenarians. She most recently served as a primary care provider at a family health clinic. Before that, Sara worked at an urgent care clinic. Sara was employed as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Alaska's Nursing Program from 2019 to 2021. She also has experience working as an RN at the Alaska Native Medical Center in the internal medicine unit, as a home health nurse serving patients in their homes, and as a school nurse substitute while staying home and raising her family. Sara Krokos attended the University of Alaska, Anchorage for both her undergraduate and graduate degrees, earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2007 and a Master of Science in Nursing in 2020. She is accredited with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Sara is also a certified Medical Examiner with the Department of Transportation and is able to perform Commercial Driver's License exams.
