Bryan Stasch

Bryan Stasch began in the auto industry in 1984 as a technician before becoming general manager at a national franchise store, and the eventually sharing ownership of three successful auto repair shops. In 2000, he joined ATI as chief instructor and became deeply involved in developing and presenting all aspects of the ATI's coaching and training programs. In 2006, he became head of ATI's member fulfillment department, overseeing all ATI coaches and related administrative staff. In 2019, he took on the role of VP of Product and Content Development, an area of expertise that he excels in.

Chris Frederick - VP

Chris was exposed to the auto industry early in life, through his father. He began working with ATI in 1999. His strengths include sales, accounting, finance, management and leadership, and his efforts played an instrumental role in the creation and livelihood of ATI. Chris has held almost every position at ATI and currently oversees many of the sales channels. He started the mid-Atlantic sales division and now helps with speaker development and new business development. Chris has a master's in Business Administration from George Washington University.

Craig Montgomery - President

Craig joined ATI in July 2023 to take over the role of President. He brings over 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, product management, and strategy. Craig spent the last 15 years as a Senior Executive focusing on the automotive, transportation, and manufacturing sectors with both privately held and publicly traded firms such as PowerFleet, Orbcomm, Nextel, Sprint, and Dell. Craig has an MBA from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor of Science from San Diego State University.

Karen Dee - VP

Karen is a true ATI "lifer." She joined the company in 1989 and helped it grow to where it is today. She began in outside sales, helping technicians get involved with ATI. As the company grew, so did Karen's contributions - such as helping develop the first management training content. She currently wears multiple hats, including workshop coordination, SuperConference production and management, corporate travel, human resources and payroll.

Keith Manich

Keith Manich has over 40 years in the collision repair industry, working as a technician, painter, and shop manager in small and large shops. He has traveled internationally as a vice president for one of the largest collision research companies in the U.S. as well as working as the technical director of an MSO group. He is a former I-CAR instructor of the year and has extensive financial and lean production knowledge.

Ron Greenman - COO

Ron was named ATI's COO in January 2021 after serving as the Company's first full-time CFO since November 2016. He brings nearly 30 years of accounting, finance, and operations experience gained in many positions throughout his career at public and private companies. Immediately before joining ATI, Ron managed his own CFO consulting services business providing CFO and controller-level support to small and mid-sized companies experiencing high growth. Ron received a bachelor's degree in accounting from St. Bonaventure University.
