Srihari, a Masters in Computer Applications, started his career gaining rich experience in software application development on various platforms. He has worked on development of various device drivers and test software suites for several avionic computers while working on DRDO Projects. Srihari co-founded AutoTEC in 2000 heads the software development team with additional responsibility of HR & operations.
Shashi Kumar holds a bachelor"s degree in Information Technology. He started his career with a private technology company, initially in the software applications group and Later, with a flair for management, he moved to project planning and finance. He co-founded AutoTEC group in 2000 and has been heading the finance and corporate management. Shashi, with over 24 years of experience, is well versed in managing corporate banking, institutional finance, investors, company law matters, operations and expansions programs. He contributes to the making of policies & strategies for AutoTEC.

- Senior Manager - Quality Control
Worked with Aeronautical Development Establishment, Defence R & D establishment, in Quality Assurance Division for over 40 years. He was an approved inspector by DGAQA for inspection and clearing of aeronautical mechanical parts and systems. With over a decade of experience in Private industry, Sivaiah heads the quality team at AutoTEC. An approved auditor in ISO 9001 and AS 9100 D Quality Systems, he is the management representative of AutoTEC in implementation of quality systems and processes.
Srikanth holds a bachelor"s degree in Electronics Engineering. He started his career with Infosys and worked in the telecom products group for four years. Later he joined private defence technology company and worked for 6 years as General Manager-Defence Services Group. Srikanth co-founded AutoTEC in 2000 and heads the technology group where he has been involved in design development of mission critical systems and LRUs for LCA, SU-30, Jaguar and MIG-27 avionics programs. He has excellent skills in analog and digital hardware design with over 28 years of rich work experience working on various hardware platforms and lifecycle development of military products.
Satish Kumar holds Bachelor"s degree in Electronics Engineering with over 34 years of work experience. He started his career with Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, as a Design & Systems Engineer. He worked on power electronic systems for ALH and LCA programs. Later working with a private technology company, he led the industrial automation group, executing several process control, data acquisition and Automated test equipment projects. He played a key role in setting up a joint venture company in India, with a Swedish company for Virtual Reality product development. He was also looking after the Business development activities in Europe and far-east Asia.
He co-founded AutoTEC in the year 2000, leading the ATE and DAS business. With proficiency in management, he leads production, planning and quality systems implementation. Under his leadership, AutoTEC has successfully established as a prominent defence and aerospace solutions provider.

Prathap is an Engineering Graduate in Computer Science & Technology from Bangalore University. He started his career initially with software application group and later persued his passion of Business Development. Prathap, has over 23 years of experience in marketing and business development mainly focussing in the defence sector. He has good understanding of complete requirements of several defence programmes and clearly analyses the challenges and opportunities in defence segment. He is instrumental in expanding the customer base of AutoTEC, growing the company"s business in various programs of the Indian Defence sector.
