AVALON CASE MANAGEMENT - Key Persons
Cindy has been employed at Avalon since 2008. She has been working in the field of medical case management since January of 2002 with the primary emphasis in Worker's Compensation and No-Fault Auto Insurance. Cindy has managed multiple cases telephonically and in the field. She maintains current certification of Certified Case Manager (CCM) and is a Certified Brain Injury Specialist (CBIS.) She has expertise in pediatric brain injury and multiple trauma resulting in catastrophic permanent disability.
Patti has been with Avalon since 2010. Patti has been a case manager since 1999, and specializes in brain injury, spinal cord injury, orthopedic injury and chronic pain management. She has worked extensively with the pediatric population. She maintains current certification of Certified Case Manager (CCM). Patti covers the Kalamazoo, Grand Rapids and mid-Michigan areas.
