Casey practices aviation law, including complex product liability and wrongful death accident cases. Casey received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy, as well as a Minor in Chinese, from Brigham Young University. Casey received his law degree at Seattle University School of Law, where he was the Business Editor of the Seattle Journal of Environmental Law and an Extern Legal Clerk to the Honorable John Coughenour of the US District Court. He is an adjunct professor at the Seattle University School of Law, where he teaches a course on Aviation and Space Law. Casey is an FAA Certified Flight Instructor with over 1000 hours of flight time in aircraft of all sizes. Casey is a senior member of the Civil Air Patrol, which conducts search and rescue operations around the United State s. Casey is an AOPA panel attorney, a member of the King County Bar Association's Aviation Section, and a member of the ABA Air and Space Law Forum.

Kerry has been practicing aviation accident law for more than 10 years. In light of his education and work experience in the aviation field, Kerry's practice focusses on pilot error, maintenance, and mechanical failures such as design defect, manufacturing defect, and failure to warn. Kerry holds degrees in Aviation Science and Philosophy (with distinction). He earned his pilot certificates during the early 1990s and worked as a commercial pilot in California. Kerry holds an instrument and multi-engine airplane rating. In 2000, Kerry became an FAA-certified Airframe & Powerplant mechanic. He was employed as an aviation mechanic for nearly 6 years, obtaining the position of maintenance crew chief on jet aircraft for an aviation service center in Sacramento. The FAA also certified Kerry with its highest aviation maintenance qualification - FAA Inspection Authorization. Kerry attended law school at Seattle University School of Law. He was a member of law review, a law review research editor, and he published a law review article on the General Aviation Revitalization Act, which is a federal law affecting aircraft product liability claims. Kerry has worked in aviation law since 2007 and has been involved with a wide variety of aviation accident cases. Kerry is a member of the aviation section of the King County Bar Association, where he also was the Chairman in 2011-2012. He is a Panel Attorney for AOPA (Aircraft Owners & Pilot's Association) and a member of the Washington State Association for Justice. Since 2009, Kerry has given numerous aviation law presentations at aviation seminars throughout the Pacific Northwest.

Robert practices aviation accident law. He handles a wide variety of complex aviation cases involving U.S. and international accidents. Robert represents victims and their families. He has spent nearly 25 years litigating cases against small and large corporations, aircraft component manufacturers, airlines, charter and fixed base operators, maintenance and overhaul facilities, and other at-fault parties.
