Addie brings 15 plus years of experience in residential and commercial leasing to ADG. With National Association Leasing Professional & Resident Services Coordination (RSC) certifications, her favorite part about working in this field is working with people and finding them apartment homes.
Through Tip Top Landscaping & Property Maintenance LLC, Jerod brings decades of maintenance experience to our team. He manages all aspects of this process at all ADG portfolio locations.
Joe brings over 30 years of real estate development and business experience to ADG. Born and raised in central Vermont, his extensive knowledge of the region has been instrumental in the growth of the company as other sites regionally are acquired for future development. In addition to real estate development, Joe has experience in communications as well as the food, beverage and marketing industries. Active in his community, Joe enjoys refurbishing military vehicles, snowmobiling in Canada and spending time with family and friends.

Laura brings to Avanru a background in real estate law, land use and development law, and affordable housing development. Her favorite part of working in this industry is seeing the final constructed product and the many lives it impacts for the better. She serves as a Board Member for Camp Allen in Bedford, NH and enjoys giving back to her community.

Lindsay brings experience in residential and commercial real estate transactions. She holds a bachelor's degree in business studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst as well as the designations NPCC (Novogradac Property Compliance Certification) and RSC (Residential Service Coordinator).
Victoria has served a dedicated six years in the military with a deployment under her belt. With experience as an analyst working in law-enforcement, she enjoys strategic development and working with community partners.
