Charlie has more than 25 years of multifaceted experience on projects throughout Florida. Directly responsible for the procurement of work and client relations for AVID Group®, he has created an impressive resume of highly visible, satisfied clients by combining his creative talents, with his ability to anticipate and respond to critical client needs.
His areas of expertise include overall project feasibility, including risk and financial evaluation for residential, commercial, industrial and office land development projects. Specific expertise in land planning, water and sewer system design and permitting; drainage system modeling, design and permitting; roadway, parking and intersection design and permitting and construction observation.
Charlie earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Northern Arizona University and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Florida, California, and Arizona.
As AVID's Survey Manager, John is responsible for the daily operations of the survey department including client contact, quality control and quality assurance, and supervision of all phases or work and certification. His areas of expertise include Boundary, Topographic, Right-of-Way, Control and Jurisdictional Surveys. He has supervised preparation of Right-of-Way Maps, Subdivision Plats and Condominium Plats.
John received his Bachelor of Science in Land Surveying from the University of Florida in 1982.

With his diversified engineering experience, Mr. Morahan is responsible for the development of storm water plans and drainage calculations for design engineering of commercial, residential, office, industrial, and municipal projects. He has been instrumental in successfully completing stormwater designs for projects throughout Florida, including permitting those designs through the various local municipalities, water management districts, FDEP, and FDOT.
Ron's particular area of expertise is in stormwater management system design with an emphasis on computer modeling and governmental agency permitting.
Ron received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida in 1989.

As AVID's Chief Financial Officer and Human Resource Manager, Tracy is responsible for the financial, accounting and human resource functions for the firm. Tracy has over 30 years management experience and worked as a regional manager for Bank of America prior to joining AVID Group in 2002.
Tracy received her Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Florida State University in 1988 and has been a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) since 2005.
