Having worked for and in a variety of industries including manufacturing, mechanical and telecommunications, she knows the financial landscape of the data communications industry and the demands for economic growth. Andreia has been a key collaborator in the estimation department at AxisTech for many years. After attending Capilano University and learning the construction estimation software BlueBeam Revu her roles have included defining the scope of work, calculating drops, volumes and distances, sourcing critical materials, and providing proposals for stronger competitive bids. She has leveraged her strength as a team player and implementer while assisting in the development of each project.

A seasoned veteran with a decade of experience with the Axis Group of Companies, David holds INSTF, FOA, CFOT, CFOS/O Certifications from BICSI for Fibre Installation Technician Level II and Fibre Optics Alliance Certified Fibre Optics Technician and Outside Plant. He also holds multiple technical certifications including Belden, Panduit, Corning, Leviton and Fluke. A high degree of expertise in Fibre Optic installations and deployment of Passive Optical LAN systems ensures David's delivery of a quality-assured, cost efficient and cost effective solution each and every time.

With a project management certificate from BCIT and as a safety team leader with certified training in OFA - Occupational First Aid, Devin brings valuable expertise to the AxisTech team. Mr. Hyde possess a strong background in project coordination, scheduling, and management, ensuring successful project execution. Devin's commitment to safety and their ability to lead teams make him a valuable asset in delivering projects on time and within budget. Mr. Hyde is proficient in software applications such as SiteMax, BlueBeam, and Linkware for test results, and utilize Dropbox for efficient online documentation. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Devin has a diverse range of interests outside of work. He enjoy engaging in boxing workouts to maintain physical fitness, exploring different cultures through international travel, and attending world film festivals to appreciate the art of cinema. His passion for personal growth and experiences further enhances his ability to approach projects with a well-rounded perspective. Educated as a Master Electrician at BCIT in the early 80's, Henry is a veteran who specializes in the electrical infrastructure side of large-scale fibre optic and data installation projects in Western Canada. With a career spanning over four decades as a past superintendent, director of operations and project manager, he brings an in-depth knowledge of fibre optic and electrical data communication materials to the AxisTech team. Experienced with real-time construction ops software for the structured cabling industry, BlueBeam Revu, Sitemax and Procore, Henry leverages technology with real world design-and-build insight. His tasks have included: overseeing manpower, reviewing job progress, auditing job site safety, calculating budgets, executing change orders, monitoring quality assurance and assessing quality control procedures.

Joana brings a unique blend of business management, solid technical knowledge and dedicated personal commitment to AXIS Technical Services. She graduated from McGill University with a B.Sc. in Mathematics and later received the Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) accreditation BICSI from (Building Industry Consulting Services International) in recognition of her expertise in communications cabling design. Sherry is a detail-orientated accounting assistant with the AxisTech financial management team. Since graduating in 2018 with a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from Kwantlen Polytechnic University, Ms Xu has been a welcomed addition to the accounting division. With a goal to ensure all financial transactions adhere to strict quality control procedures, she prides herself on collaborating with all parties. Sherry accredits much of her success to controller Amanda Sproule and her ongoing skills training with the award-winning construction financial management solutions software Sage 50.
