Charlie is a real estate investor, developer, and general contractor focused on residential real estate throughout the greater Phoenix metro area. His projects include fix-and-flip renovations, land developments, spec new home construction, and urban infill housing. From entitlement processing to construction, Charlie has the knowledge and experience to bring any residential development and construction project to successful completion.
Charlie has a Bachelors degree from The University of Colorado at Boulder where he studied Environmental Sciences, is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), Arizona Real Estate Investors Association, and is a licensed General Contractor.
Mr. Phillips has 35 years of experience in the real estate industry and holds a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS)and Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) designations. He is active in buying, selling, renovating, and managing distressed assets.
Mr. Phillips is visionary in project conception. His reputed talents include discovery of investment-grade, pre-development land, negotiating purchase and sale agreements, obtaining suitable financing, administering legal activities and assembling teams of professional consultants for all aspects of a project. A lifelong passion for real estate was born out of the guidance and direction Mr. Phillips received from his parents who owned and operated rental properties.
