Emma Cinco has over twenty years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, specializing in investor relations, subcontracting oversight, and CMBS compliance and reporting. Prior to working with Backshop and CMBS.com, Ms. Cinco worked in the Special Servicing/Asset Management group at GMAC Commercial Mortgage and headed Portfolio and CMBS Servicing at GateCapital.

Jack Gao

Job Titles:

Jack has over ten years of experience in software development. Prior to joining CMBS.com, Mr. Gao worked for Mirixa Corporation where he became an expert at .NET technologies. Previously, he was with the Vertigo Software consulting group. Clients included Microsoft, NBC, MTV and many others.

Jim Flaherty - CEO, Founder

Jim Flaherty is CEO of CMBS.com and the creator of the Backshop loan origination system. He is a trained credit professional with experience installing enterprise underwriting systems for commercial real estate lenders, rating agencies and investors. During his 25-year career, Mr. Flaherty has founded two companies that have successfully streamlined the origination process for the nation's leading commercial real estate lenders.

Katherine Geis

Katherine Geis offers more than fifteen years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and is responsible for client services, project management and training for Backshop and CMBS.com. Prior to joining Backshop and CMBS.com, Ms. Geis worked for Countrywide Commercial Real Estate Finance, Inc. as an Associate with a focus on origination and underwriting. Katherine received her Bachelor of Science in Economics, with a minor in Statistics, at California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo, CA.

Michelle Link - CTO

Job Titles:

Michelle Link has fifteen years of experience in software development; eleven specifically in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining Backshop, Ms. Link worked for Bank of America, developing software and reporting tools for their commercial real estate group.
