Director, Janine Warden is a professionally trained coach and ICF member, with more than 20 years experience in leadership and people management. She brings to her coaching relationships a passion for developing people to be the best they can be, combined with the belief that everyone has the potential within to be successful and to live their dreams. Her corporate background in Government, Telecommunications, Travel and Tourism has enabled her to gain extensive skills & knowledge in Customer Service, Sales, People Development, Strategic and Operational Management, predominantly within Contact Centre environments. Janine has a Diploma of Professional Coaching enabling her to draw upon a range of coaching models and adult learning & development principles. She combines these with her professional and life experiences, to support her clients. An encouraging and challenging coach, Janine is at ease relating to people of diverse backgrounds & professional roles. She ‘walks her own talk', with Balanced Momentum evolving from her commitment to foster a ‘coaching mindset' within corporate environments and her desire to honor her passion for partnering others to realise their potential. In addition to running her own coaching practice, Janine works on corporate assignments in collaboration with organisational development specialists and other professional coaches, in the area of ‘coaching for performance'.
