It is a Woman run and operated business handed down from founder to daughter to daughter again. Current proprietor, Lea Beck, is a third generation balloon artist raised in the family business. She runs this full-time balloon company out of her production studio located in Walnut Creek, CA. and is offering Curb Side Pick ups, custom deliverable gifts and on-site installations...
