Andie B. Netherland

Andie B. Netherland is an associate with Barrow & Grimm, P.C. representing clients in the areas of business, tax, energy, and Indian law. Andie earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from the University of Mississippi in 2018. After graduation, she attended the University of Oklahoma College of Law. During her time at OU law, Andie served as Managing Editor of the American Indian Law Review, during which time her Note, The Disproportionate Effect on Native American Women of Extending the Federal Involuntary Manslaughter Act to Include a Woman's Conduct Against her Child in Utero: United States v. Flute, 45 AM. INDIAN L. REV. 191, was published. Andie also served on the Board of Advocates and received various recognitions, including Dean's List and Order of Solicitors. Prior to joining Barrow & Grimm, P.C. in 2023, she served as a law clerk in the Eastern District of Oklahoma for the Honorable Magistrate Judge Jason A. Robertson. Andie is a member of Oklahoma Bar Association and is admitted to practice law in the state courts of Oklahoma.

John E. Harper

Practice Areas Construction Litigation/Surety Law John E. Harper, Jr. concentrates his practice primarily on matters of construction litigation and surety law. Mr. Harper's construction litigation and surety law experience includes the drafting and review of all types of construction contracts, surety takeover and completion contracts, complex case analysis and all phases of trial preparation, trials and appeals. While focusing on construction litigation and surety law, Mr. Harper's practice also includes general civil and business-related cases, having represented numerous clients in commercial transaction and contractual disputes. Mr. Harper also counsels management on employer compliance with state and federal employment laws. Mr. Harper has represented management in state court, federal court, mediation, arbitration and before the National Labor Relations Board and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. Mr. Harper received his undergraduate degree with special distinction from the University of Oklahoma while on academic scholarship. He earned his law degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. Mr. Harper is also fluent in German, including Swiss and Austrian dialects. Mr. Harper is a Fellow of the Construction Lawyers Society of America, and a member of the Trial Law Institute and Diversity Law Institute.
