Brian joined the Dental365 team in November 2021. He is responsible for leading financial planning and analysis, driving strategic decision-making with senior management, and problem solving. Brian has over 14 years of broad Finance experience at Fortune 200 and private equity-back companies. His background includes significant M&A experience through acquisitions, joint venture formations, and carve-outs, spanning $10B+ of deals.
Brian's industry experience prior to Dental365 includes electric utilities, luxury hospitality, CPGs, distribution, and e-commerce. He has recognized expertise in strengthening and building new teams through continuous improvement and mentorship.
Brian graduated with a BS in Actuarial Science from Robert Morris University. He has held executive positions on three non-profit boards, including as co-founder of a $3M non-profit focusing on gene therapy for a fatal, rare disease.

Chase joined the Dental365 team in April 2021. He is responsible for leading the finance and accounting competencies of the DSO, including integration and support to the professional companies while also contributing to the strategy for achievement of the business plan.
With an entrepreneurial spirit, Chase has amassed a wide array of experience and expertise within the finance and accounting fields. His background includes investing 13+ years as a CPA leading teams and projects that serviced large corporations with international presence covering audit, accounting, valuation, and consulting/advisory services. To Dental365, Chase brings with him an enterprise level risk-based sustainable mindset focused on optimizing value for long-term and purpose driven impacts.
David joined the Dental365 team in June 2022. David has over 30 years of experience working in various financial leadership roles across a broad base of industries and organizations. In addition, David has over 10 years of experience working as a Chief Financial officer in private equity-backed businesses. His background includes the successful completion of two sale transactions to larger private equity sponsors and has taken two companies public via an IPO event. David has held senior finance leadership positions at several different companies including CVS Pharmacy, Sears, JC Penney, Planet Fitness, Victra, and Path-Tec.
David holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Bentley University and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Babson Graduate School of Business. David also possesses a CPA license. David resides in the Boston area and is married with a sixteen-year-old son.

Partnering with the Dental365 leadership team, David oversees day-to-day operations of all Long Island practices in Nassau and Suffolk counties. Very much in the field, he is responsible for developing teams and implementing coaching and practice management strategies focused on superb patient service.
Prior to joining Dental365, David spent 5 years serving as an Operations Manager for a Boston-based multi-specialty dental group, where he was instrumental in helping the organization grow from 30 to 60 offices over that time span. During his tenure, David specialized in designing and executing successful training programs for all staff levels. Prior to this role, David earned an MBA from the University of Washington, where he concentrated his studies on leadership and organizational behavior.
Inspired by his father (a retired periodontist and former professor at Tufts Dental School), David is deeply passionate about promoting oral health through high-quality dental care and the concept of prevention. A strong proponent of patient education, empowerment, advocacy, and service, David is committed to creating value for dental patients and providing them with an experience that exceeds their expectations.
Dr. Alec J. Ganci provides patients with state-of-the-art care for a wide range of general and cosmetic dental needs. Dr. Ganci received his Bachelor's degree in biology from Muhlenberg College, and then graduated as a Doctor of Dental Surgery from the SUNY Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine, where he also received the Delta Dental Student Leadership Award and the Stony Brook School of
Dental Medicine Alumni Award of Excellence. During his time at Stony Brook, Dr. Ganci served as class president for all four years of school and completed an Oral Surgery outreach externship in Madagascar. After graduation, he completed his General Practice residency at North Shore University Hospital, serving as Chief Dental Resident. Dr. Ganci subsequently completed a two-year fellowship in Advanced Prosthodontics and Implant Dentistry at North Shore Hospital.
Dr. Ganci is an industry consultant and lectures extensively on various topics, including implants, dental materials, digital dentistry workflows, and esthetics. Dr. Ganci is also a regular contributor to multiple dental2 journals. Actively involved in the field of dentistry, Dr. Ganci is a member of several professional organizations, including the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, the American Academy of Facial Esthetics, the Academy of Osseointegration, the Northeastern Gnathological Society, the American Academy of General Dentistry, the New York State Dental Association, the Nassau County Dental Society, and the American Dental Association. Dr. Ganci enjoys soccer, cooking, photography, and spending time with his wife, Lindsay, their adorable daughter, Ruby, and their dog, Latke at their home in Port Washington.
Dr. Deutsch is a graduate of the Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts. After practicing General and Cosmetic Dentistry in Manhattan for 15 years, she pursued her interest in studying the link between oral health and overall systemic health. Dr. Deutsch received a Master's degree in Public Health from Stony Brook in 2010. She has presented research on the importance of oral health during pregnancy and was featured on WABC-TV News, discussing her booklet, "Prenatal Dental Care."
Dr. Deutsch is a portrait sculptor and photographer. Her artistic talent naturally extends to all aspects of Cosmetic Dentistry. In addition to dentistry, Dr. Deutsch enjoys attending jazz concerts, theater, visiting museums, yoga, hiking, and horseback riding.
Dr. Grafstein is committed to delivering the highest quality of care to his patients and keeps current with the leading edge techniques, materials and equipment. He continually attends post-graduate dental education seminars and has trained side by side with some the world leaders in dentistry.
Dr. Grafstein is skilled in all phases of cosmetic and general dentistry. He focuses his talents in the area of dental implants, from single tooth to full mouth reconstruction. He has extensive training in the newest advancements of rotary endodontics and has perfected the one visit "Painless Root Canal."
Dr. Grafstein is a graduate of the State University of New York at Stony Brook where he received a degree in Economics. Dr. Grafstein received a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University College of Dentistry (NYU) in 1990 and continued his dental training by completing an extensive dental residency training program at Staten Island University Hospital in 1991. After completing his training he entered into private practice and has been serving the dental needs of the Staten Island community ever since.
Dr. Grafstein's professional memberships include the American Dental Association, Second District Dental Society and the Richmond County Dental Association as well as local Study Clubs.
He currently resides in New Jersey with his wife, Mindy and their two children, Casey and Daniel. Dr. Grafstein is active in his local community and is involved in many fundraising organizations. In addition to his passion of dentistry, Dr. Grafstein's hobbies include being an avid skier and he is a certified scuba diver.
Dr. Amir Ahmadi's main emphasis is on comprehensive dental reconstruction and aesthetic dentistry. His practice philosophy emphasizes an individual approach to dental treatment and patient care. He empowers his patients to better their lives by obtaining oral health and function and aesthetics. Dr. Ahmadi is a graduate of the University of California, San Diego and a graduate of New York University College of Dentistry. Dr. Ahmadi has advanced surgical training from the New York University Department of Periodontology and Implant Dentistry, and is board certified. Dr. Ahmadi enjoys raising his son Rik, sports, hobbies, history, self-improvement, and of course dentistry.
Dr. Wassif is a respected, top-rated general and cosmetic dentist who serves patients throughout the Long Island region. Dr. Wassif provides patients with advanced, state-of-the-art care to help every person achieve better oral health and improved smile aesthetics. As a family dentist, Dr. Wassif treats patients of all ages, from children to seniors, combining skilled expertise with a compassionate approach which helps patients feel at ease.
Dr. Wassif was born in Giza, Egypt. After obtaining his Bachelor's of Dental surgery degree from College of Dentistry, Sixth of October University in Egypt, Dr. Wassif was able to pursue his love of dentistry within the United States and came here in 2006 to attend University of The Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry where he earned his Doctorate degree in Dental Surgery. He then completed general practice residency at Brookdale Hospital, in Brooklyn. Dr. Wassif maintains active memberships in several medical societies, including the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry and the Eastern Long Island Dental Implant Study Club.
Since he was young, Dr. Wassif dreamt to work in a profession that deals with mainly people, to help comfort and relieve pain. Because he enjoys drawing and working with his hands, Dr. Wassif was seeking a hands-on profession. Hence, Dentistry became his profession of choice as it combines both art and science. He always knew that you can dramatically change a person's life by changing his or her smile. Dr. Wassif says that "making people pain free, happy and satisfied with their smile is both challenging and rewarding."
During his free time, Dr. Wassif enjoys traveling, the beach, and other outdoor activities with his family and friends. He also enjoys volunteering as a soccer coach for kids and at many church events, as well as spending time with his two daughters, son, and wife.
Dr. Blair Schachtel received his BA degree from Tulane University in New Orleans and then went on to earn his Doctorate of Medicine and Dentistry from the University of Pennsylvania Dental School. He also did extensive training in oral medicine and infectious disease while working on HIV-positive patients at Penn's Infectious Disease Clinic. Following his time in Philadelphia, Dr. Schachtel earned the position of Chief Resident at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center.
After working for several years at Gramercy Park Dental in New York City, Dr. Schachtel has been practicing dentistry and caring for his patients for the last 20 years. He is also an active member of the Spear Education Study Club, along with the Spider Study Club to stay in the forefront of dental advances and research.During his free time, he volunteers at the St. Barnabas Medical Center where he has been on staff for 15 years. Dr. Schachtel is highly skilled in cosmetic dentistry and always up-to-date with the latest in painless dentistry.
Dr. Schachtel prides himself on his long standing, rewarding relationships with his patients, staff and colleagues alike. He has been married to his wife, Amy, for over 20 years and has two daughters both studying at The Ohio State University. He enjoys traveling, playing golf and most of all, spending time with his two beloved golden retrievers, Gus and Chelsea.
Dr. Rista received his undergraduate degree in Chemistry from the University of Scranton before pursuing his dental education at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.
Since graduation, he has provided care to the community for the past 30 years. Dr. Rista practices a full scope of general dentistry with an emphasis on preventative, restorative, and cosmetic Dentistry. He regularly completes continuing education courses to expand his knowledge and is Invisalign® certified.
He was voted Ocean Counties' Best Dentist' in 2003 and 2004 by the Asbury Park Press Readers' Choice Awards. In 2017 he was also voted a ‘Top Dentist' by Monmouth Health and Life Magazine.
Dr. Rista has three sons: Brian, Matthew, and Patrick. Away from the practice, his interests are family, sports, music, and personal fitness.
A native of New York City, Dr. Bruce G. Freund received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from New York University College of Dentistry. For over 30 years he has been in practice in New York and New Jersey, focusing his practice on cosmetic and restorative techniques. Dr. Freund has taught in the Residency Program at Mt. Sinai Hospital as well as having taught Prosthetics at NYU College of Dentistry. Dr. Freund also completed a 2 year implantology program at NYU and is trained to perform both implant surgery and the implant prosthetics.
As a natural adjunct and in his endeavors to remain at the forefront of providing the most current procedures to his patients, Dr. Freund is a Co-founder and CEO of the American Academy of Facial Cosmetics which educates and trains healthcare professionals in facial injection techniques. He has gained wide respect as an authority in the placement of veneers and has worked as a lecturer and hands-on trainer for one the largest cosmetic dental companies in the United States.
Dr. Freund has consistently been named one of America's Top Dentists and one of NJ's Top Dentists.
Dr. Caitlin Miller Dolan graduated from the Marquette University School of Dentistry in Milwaukee, WI in 2012. She then went on to complete a General Practice Residency program at Jacobi Medical Center in the Bronx. Dr. Miller has completed extensive continuing education training at the NYU School of Dentistry's Advanced Aesthetics program. She holds a Bachelors from the University of Notre Dame.
After practicing general dentistry in NYC for eight years, Dr. Miller has joined our Stamford office. She strives to offer excellent care in a comfortable setting and seeks to build long term relationships with her patients and their families. Dr. Miller is a member of the Connecticut State Dental Association and the Stamford Dental Society. When not working, Dr. Miller loves spending time with her husband and son, reading and baking.
Dr. Ern has been a practicing dentist for over 35 years. He has more than 1,000 hours of advanced continuing education in the areas of porcelain veneers, endodontics, same day CEREC® restorations, implants, next day implant bridges, and oral surgery. He has been a pioneer in the use of sedation for general dentistry, allowing those with dental fear and anxiety to get the dental care they need.
Dr. Ern is an active member of his community. He serves on the board of directors of the Patterson Rotary club and is active in the Brewster Chamber of Commerce. Dr. Ern enjoys giving back by serving on mission trips to treat patients overseas in the Dominican Republic. Before partnering with Dental365, Dr. Ern hosted multiple "Dentistry from the Heart" events which donated free dental care to those in need locally. Fitness and outdoor activities are important to Dr. Ern who is often out biking. He also enjoys traveling, gardening and photography. Dr. Ern is married with two adult sons.
Dr. Celia grew up on the south shore of Long Island. While attending Hewlett High School, she became active in community service. Dr. Celia volunteered her time at Camp ANCHOR (Answering the Needs of Citizens with Handicaps through Organized Recreation) and after-school nursery/kindergarten programs. She obtained her undergraduate degree from Hofstra University, majoring in Mathematics and minoring in Chemistry. Dr. Celia was a member of Phi Beta Kappa National Honor Society as well as Kappa Mu Epsilon Mathematical Honor Society.
Dr. Celia attended Tufts Dental School and graduated in 1999 with a DMD. She completed a two-year residency in pediatric dentistry at Montefiore Medical Center, the hospital for the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, receiving her certificate of Advanced Graduate Study in Pediatric Dentistry.

Dr. Joseph Carpentieri graduated magna cum laude from University of Maryland and practiced general dentistry for eight years before returning to school to pursue a Certificate in Prosthodontics from Einstein/Montefiore Medical Center in NYC. Subsequent to that time, he completed a four year, part-time Surgical Fellowship at the Department of Periodontology and Implant Dentistry at New York University. Currently, he is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Prosthodontics/Implant Fellowship at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine.
In addition to speaking nationally and internationally on all phases of implant treatment, Dr. Carpentieri has written numerous peer-reviewed publications, has authored a textbook on implant overdenture treatment, and contributed to a second textbook. He has been a long-time speaker, mentor, and consultant to ZimmerBiomet, as well as other implant companies.
Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, Dr. Michael Fleischer earned his B.S. Degree in Biology from Adelphi University, his D.D.S. degree from the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine, a top-10 nationwide ranked school, and completed his dental residency, including serving as Chief Resident at Buffalo General Hospital.
He then went on to private practice before being appointed Dental Director of Local 1115 Health and Hospital Workers Union, an organization that provides dental care to thousands of individuals in scores of tristate area facilities. At the same time, he and his wife, Dr. Jill Fleischer founded The Fleischer Dental Group in Bellmore, NY.
In January of 2017, Dr. Fleischer joined Dental365 as both a practicing dentist and as a Chief Dental Officer. He is an experienced and skilled practitioner that plays a key leadership role at Dental365, now serving as SVP of Clinical Affairs, providing continuing education and guidance for the organization.

Dr. Scott Asnis is the founder and CEO of Dental365. Dr. Scott Asnis graduated from New York University College of Dentistry in 1983. Thereafter, he was granted and completed a general practice residency at the Brooklyn Veterans Administration Hospital in 1984. Dr. Asnis has continued his prestigious education and training as a general and cosmetic dentist by attending hundreds of hours of post-graduate education.
As a successful and award-winning cosmetic dentist in private practice for over 35 years in Nassau and Westchester Counties in New York, Dr. Asnis has the experience and knowledge to implement quality of care protocols, as well as office management strategies essential to providing a dental experience which delivers the greatest value to the patient with excellent standard of care and treatment.

Eugene Danyo earned his B.A degree from Hunter College and began his career as a human resources professional and recruiter at a large Dental Service Organization (DSO) shortly after. After joining Dental365 in 2018, Eugene went on to earn his M.B.A from Rutgers University. He now oversees all of Dental365's talent initiatives across their large territory and is thrilled to welcome new team members to the vastly growing organization. Eugene's principal strengths include talent acquisition, on-boarding and employee relations, professional development, strategic planning, and organizational development. In his free time Eugene enjoys exploring Brooklyn, sailing and traveling the world.

Hiro Soriano started his journey to become Chief Insurance Officer for Dental365 at Hunter College in NY. He earned a degree in Italian Literature and Civilization, fulfilling his desire to immerse himself in world history and culture. This educational foundation helped Hiro to draw on his interpersonal and communication skills when he began to learn about the world of dentistry from the ground up. Hiro soon became proficient in all aspects of dental management with masterful attention to detail, leading him to bring laser focus to all insurance aspects of the Dental365 organization. Hiro has negotiated insurance contracts with Fortune 500 companies and expertly administers all aspects of claims and administration. In addition to accomplishing so much in a short period of time while serving as Chief Insurance Officer, Hiro also earned his MBA in Management at Hofstra University.

Jake Kashanian is a certified public accountant and serves as the VP of Business Development at Dental365. He is responsible for overseeing the company's M&A and de novo development activity to drive growth and enhance value through strategic acquisitions, maximizing business integration capabilities, and building and executing business strategies.
Jake began his career in 2006 and was formerly a Manager at Deloitte. During his tenure at Deloitte, he led multiple teams through the execution of numerous successful audits and consulting engagements in the real estate, private equity and alternative investment industries. After Deloitte, Jake helped lead CityMD in its growth from 20 locations in the New York metro area to over 100 locations, including a significant presence on the West Coast.
Jake graduated with a BS in accounting from the Sy Syms School of Business at Yeshiva University. He is a licensed CPA in New York.
Jennifer started with PCDM at its inception, and brings to PCDM her years of healthcare compliance and transactional experience. Jennifer is tremendously gratified to be a key person in the growth and development of PCDM's success, alongside PCDM"s talented executive team.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts from Emory University and a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School.
Jessica has over 20 years of experience in the dental field, performing both clinical and administrative duties. As the first official Dental365 employee, her expertise has been instrumental in the growth and development of the reputable Dental365 brand. Her commitment and unwavering dedication has been integral to promoting the company's mission to provide a convenient, affordable, and unparalleled dental care experience. Jonathan joined the Dental365 team in December of 2021. He has over ten years of experience in dental supply chain management as well as operations. Jonathan came to us from Henry Schein, where he was charged with managing both sales and operations for the greater New York area. Today, Jonathan manages general operational departments including supply chain, digital platforms, and key initiatives. He utilizes critical thinking and a creative background to provide unique solutions and perspective to a fast moving landscape.
Julianne is dedicated and innovative in her management style. She has a positive energy for implementation, and a critical thought process for evaluation and change. She oversees operations of all Dental365 offices on a daily basis. She trains new hires and educates all staff on expectations, as outlined in the mission statement. Julianne has been part of the transition team from the inception of Dental365, and looks forward to its bright future.

Noel graduated from Binghamton University with a bachelor's degree in Rhetoric and brings a superior level of communication and guidance to all teams. This, paired with her experience serving multi-specialty practices and learning all phases of dentistry and practice support, has led to the creation and implementation of operational efficiencies that have improved best practices throughout the company and contributed to the advancement of Dental365 as a whole.

Tara Sweeney brings over 20 years of experience in Human Resources to Dental365. Tara graduated with a B.S. in Human Resource Management from the State University of New York at Oswego and began her career as a HR Coordinator in the arts and entertainment industry. She quickly progressed into HR management roles, providing a wide range of senior level generalist support to companies within the arts and entertainment, professional services, retail, and medical industry. Tara's experience includes performance management, employee relations, strategic planning, Federal and State law compliance, benefits administration, as well as compensation and payroll.
Our Chief Operating Officer, Terri Krauss, joined Dental365 in 2017. She brings over 25 years of experience in dental operations, having worked as both a consultant and executive in dental organizations nationwide. Her expertise includes leadership development, team building, strategic planning, business development, budgeting, and financial analysis. She combines creative problem solving approaches, communication skills, and human resource knowledge to accomplish organizational objectives. She completed both her undergraduate and graduate programs through Saint Leo University, majoring in business and psychology.
