Donald Richardson - Chairman

Donald Richardson began his career with the Bank in 1986 and was quickly promoted to Senior Lending Officer responsible for the Bank's loan portfolio and all lending functions. In 2010, Mr. Richardson was elected to be President and CEO. Under his leadership, the Bank experienced a 57% increase in assets and a 68% increase in loans. In March 2022, Mr. Richardson was elected to be Vice Chairman of the Board and Chairman of the Bank's Finance Committee. Mr. Richardson was raised in Burns, Tennessee and attended Dickson County High School. He graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with his bachelor's degree in 1975. Donald served as a bank examiner with the Tennessee Department of Financial Institutions until 1986. He continues to reside at his farm in Dickson County.

Jamie Snyder came to the Bank in 2006 to fill the newly created role of Chief Information Officer with responsibility for all of the Bank's technology systems. In 2010, he was promoted to the position of Chief Operations Officer with responsibility over all of the Bank's daily operations, including the management of the Bank's investment portfolio. In March 2022, Jamie was elected to be President and CEO of the Bank. Mr. Snyder grew up and graduated from high school in DeKalb County, Tennessee. He received his B.S. degree and M.B.A. from Belmont University, and he is also a graduate of the L.S.U. Graduate School of Banking. Prior to joining the Bank, Mr. Snyder has worked with the Tennessee Emergency Management Agency as a systems analyst. Later he would be employed by the J. C. Bradford Company of Nashville as Vice President and Director of Applications Development. He and his wife, Twyla, reside on their farm in Dickson County where they raised their four sons.
