Jeff R. Helvin - Founder

Background Jeff R. Helvin, Co-Founder of BannerView.com, attended the University of Nevada Las Vegas with studies in business administration. During his University enrollment, Jeff held mid-level management positions at nationwide retailer, Williams-Sonoma, with emphasis in customer service and employee management. During this time he garnered an interest in Web development, design, and content publishing that was brought about with the rapid expansion of the Internet. He began a rigorous self-motivated study program in HTML, Web design, and client side application development. He has honed his skills in advanced HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, and Graphic Design. Together with his prior management experience and Web development technical skills he fits right in as the person responsible for the daily operations at BannerView.com. Jeff previously served a 3 year term on the board of directors of the American Marketing Association, Las Vegas Chapter, and most recently served on the board of the Las Vegas Chapter of the American Advertising Federation. Jeff Helvin spent the first decade and a half as the Vice President & COO of Cenicola-Helvin Enterprises and was responsible for the daily operations at BannerView.com. Currently serving on the board, Jeff now focuses on higher level initiatives such as business partnerships and advising the board on operational efficiencies.

Joseph Stanley is responsible for choosing and implementing the technology that is to be used to carry out Cenicola-Helvin Enterprises', the parent company of BannerView.com, Internet operations. As CTO he must ensure the overall well being of the company's technical direction for future success. As Technical Director he must ensure that daily technical operations are effectively performed in order to keep BannerView.com on track with the rapidly changing technical world.

Mark's experiences helped him gain the recognition in his industry as a successful innovator and entrepreneur, the respect in his business community as a leader and good corporate citizen, and the rewards associated with developing and growing a small business. Mark A. Cenicola is responsible for the company's vision, direction, and general health. As Chairman, President & CEO he must make sure that an environment is created in which everyone from customers to employees to investors are given the resources they need to prosper and benefit in their relationship with Cenicola-Helvin Enterprises, the parent company of BannerView.com. Background Before founding BannerView.com, Mark graduated Summa Cum Laude with an associates of applied science degree in computer information systems from Snow College. At Snow College he worked as a Network Administrator (Certified Novell Administrator) for the CIS department and helped develop the networking program previously in place at the college. After Graduation, Mark worked as a Network Engineer (Certified Novell Engineer) for the City of North Las Vegas responsible for helping with the design, layout and maintenance of a new multi-million dollar computer network. Mark was a shareware computer software author with titles written for both the Macintosh and PC which have been featured in magazines and CD-ROMs across the globe in places like Japan, France, and the US. For 5 years, Mark served on the board of the Turnaround Management Association of Nevada. The Nevada Chapter is a member of the nationally chartered, Turnaround Management Association (TMA). TMA is the only international, non-profit association dedicated to corporate renewal and turnaround management. Mark served on the Las Vegas Metro Chamber of Commerce's Business Council for 4 years. The Las Vegas Metro Chamber of Commerce is one of the largest chambers in the nation with over 6,000 members. The Business Council provides oversight for some of the Chamber's most established and most popular events.
