Prior to joining Barber Hauler in 2021, Caroline Janiak was part of the Debt Advisory team at Mazars for two years, after being consultant for the Mazars Executive Committee in the execution of its strategy from 2017 to 2019.
Mrs. Janiak graduated from the London School of Economics and from the Université Paris-Dauphine.
Prior to joining Barber Hauler Capital Advisers in 2017, Mr. Langlois spent 3 years at EY in the Financial Accounting Advisory Services and did internships in the Equity Research teams of SG CIB.
Mr. Langlois graduated from Macquarie University and Paris-Dauphine University.

Prior to co-founding Barber Hauler Capital Advisers, Mr. Bazy was Vice-Chairman at UBS Investment Banking Europe and has more than 25 years of investment banking, industrial and restructuring experience. He joined UBS Investment Bank in 2000 as Chairman and CEO of UBS Securities France SA.
Mr. Bazy was formerly CEO of AGF and member of the international Executive Committee of Allianz A.G, Chairman and CEO of UAP France and member of the Executive Committee of Crédit Lyonnais. Mr. Bazy serves as a member of the Supervisory Board of Siparex and Pierre Fabre. Mr. Bazy is a graduate of the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris, has a degree in law and economy. Mr. Bazy was a student at the Ecole Nationale d'Administration (ENA).
The restructurings of the Swiss bank hardly hit by the crisis gave him at age 56, the opportunity to change his life. He did not hesitate, even declining the proposal to join Banca Leonardo. Dominique Bazy's team is made of six investment bankers and is drowning under advisory mandates.

Prior to joining Barber Hauler Capital Advisers, Ms. Ceppe has worked at UBS Investment Bank in Paris where she acted as Dominique Bazy's personal assistant. Ms. Ceppe is supporting Barber Hauler's team and acting as Office Manager, liaising with suppliers to ensure smooth day-to-day relationships.
Prior to joining Barber Hauler Capital Advisers, Mr. Depouilly spent 2 years at UBS Investment Bank, in the M&A department. Mr. Depouilly has worked on several M&A transactions in Paris and in the Capital Goods team in London, and in Oil & Gas.
Mr. Depouilly graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and from HEC Paris.

Prior to joining Barber Hauler Capital Advisers, Mr. Le Pape was General Secretary of the Air France-KLM Group from 2013 to 2016.
Mr. Le Pape was a collaborator of Thierry Breton and then Christine Lagarde at the Ministry of Finance. He also collaborate with Mr. Dominique Perben, Minister of Justice, on economic and financial matters, and then advised him at the Ministry of Transport on economic and financial affairs.
He's Inspector General of Finance.
From 2018 to 2020, Jacques Le Pape was CFO of the Global Fund (Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria) in Geneva.
Jacques Le Pape is Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Hellenic Corporation of Assets and Participations since 2016.
Jacques Le Pape is a former student of the Ecole Normale Supérieure. He is an actuary and obtained a MAS at the Paris School of Economics.
Mr. Bennis joined Barber Hauler Capital Advisers in 2021.
Prior to joining Barber Hauler in 2020, Maxime Pegouret worked at Grant Thornton as an audit and transaction services intern and at BNP Paribas CIB as an M&A analyst intern within the industrials team.
Prior to co-founding Barber Hauler Capital Advisers, Mr. Hervé was a senior investment banker with over 10 years of mergers and acquisitions experience at UBS. He started his career in corporate finance at Warburg Dillon Read in London where he was a member of pan-European Financial Institutions Group. He then moved to Paris to become coverage and M&A banker at UBS Investment Bank department where he worked on a number of public/private mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets assignments. During his career, Mr. Hervé managed a large spectrum of corporate finance transactions, including domestic and cross-border acquisitions.
Mr. Hervé graduated from Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris (ESCP Europe) with a specialisation in Finance.
Prior to joining Barber Hauler Capital Advisers, Mr. Germond was Chairman of the Management Board of Europcar Group since 2014. Mr. Germond had a career of business leader in different activity sectors, involving technologies, BtoC, digital, services, industry and has been active in numerous mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Germond started his career at Hewlett Packard in 1981, prior to joining SFR in 1995 as CEO then Chairman and CEO until 2002. Beginning of 2003, Mr. Germond became CEO of Alcatel and then Chairman of the Management Board of Atos in 2006. In 2009, Mr. Germond was appointed Chairman of the Board and CEO of PMU.
Mr. Germond graduated from Ecole Centrale de Paris and has a MS of Management from Stanford University.
