Currently Baroud Group is landlord to different companies on the island of Curacao such as Cost-U-Less and other local companies. Also, we are landlords for different non-profit organizations (foundations)... We are currently developing a Hotel for a Venezuelan-Italian group on the island of Curacao, consisting of 240 rooms and 137 bungalows, along with all the facilities needed. On the same premises there will be a shopping area facility... Some of our companies have become part of the history of Curacao like Casa Nena N.V., which has been operating since 1959. We made a study and found that approximately 90% of the homes on the island have made use of the products and services of Casa Nena N.V, and Baroud family businesses.
