Our purpose is to help you solve those problems that appear to be simple, but you can't quite figure out. We will help you solve those problems, large and small. If we can't do it immediately we will either research your problem and get an answer for you, or we will direct you on to someone who can solve your problem. And if we can't solve your problem, we won't charge you for our time... Basic IT Support for Santa Cruz and the surounding area. We work on Destop workstations, portable (laptop computers), Servers and Networks. We install software, diagnose problems and install and set up hardware. We will work in your office or your home. We even provide support on the phone!
