In 1981, John Barr began John Barr Painting as a sideline with a few tools while he was farming. With perseverance and hard work, John has made his vision of becoming a full-time painting contractor a reality. Entering its fourth decade of service, Barr Painting/AB Painting has become one of the finest painting companies in the Chicago suburbs and Central Illinois, ranging from Bloomington-Normal and the large and small communities within a 60 mile radius.
