Kelsey Conrad

Kelsey starting riding at the age of 9, growing up and showing in the mid west. Kelsey attended Kansas State University, graduating in May 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science and a minor in Equine Science. While attending Kansas State Kelsey rode on the NCAA Equestrian team. After graduation Kelsey was admitted to the Kentucky Equine Management Internship (KEMI) While in Kentucky she groomed and prepped yearlings for the sales. Kelsey joined the Baskin Farm team in July 2016

Patti Boland

Job Titles:

Born and raised in St Louis, Patti showed locally growing up and continued her interest in horses at William Woods University with a degree in Equestrian Service and Business Administration. Upon graduation, she headed to Chicago and worked with "A" circuit trainer Diane Carney as Barn Manager for Telluride Farm. Patti returned to St Louis in 1997 and has been Assistant Trainer at Baskin Farm ever since. Patti wears many "hats" at Baskin, developing horses and riders and overseeing the tremendous task of getting Baskin on the road to horse shows across the country.

Susan Baginski

Over the past 30 years, Susan has developed Baskin Farm into the premier hunter/jumper facility in St Louis. She has consistently developed and qualified riders in both the pony and junior divisions for the prestigous "Indoor" circuit as well as Devon and Pony Finals. Other career achievements include serving as Chef D' Equippe for the Prix de States Young Riders program, taking her to India, Mexico and Canada. Additionally, Susan served on the Board of the St Louis National Charity Horse Show and held the position of Vice president for the Missouri Horse Shows Association. However, what gives Susan the greatest pleasure is teaching, and she has literally introduced hundreds of kids to the sport of riding, developing their skills at the local show level and beyond.
