Doug graduated from Martin County High School, IRSC and University of Florida.
Prior to joining Bayview Construction Services in 2021, Doug was a construction superintendent at Martin Downs, president of Don Campora Construction Co. Inc. and a reinforcement steel detailer for Stuart Paint & Supply. Doug donated his time and talent to Stuart Lodge during the building of the senior residence in Stuart.

When she was 12 years old, her brother and her helped her father build an entire home and that was the start of her career.
TJ owned a Paving Company up north prior to coming to Florida in 2004, when she began working in the home construction industry.
She loves volunteering for Habitat for Humanity and outside organizations that help modify homes to help physically challenged people become independent.
