Aaron Zahedani - EVP

Aaron Zahedani joins as Executive Vice President, Credit & Portfolio Management in San Jose, California. Zahedani first joined Bay View Funding in 2001 and has held various positions in both portfolio management and underwriting. He holds Bachelor's degrees in both Economics and History from the University of California, Davis, and he has been a member of the International Factoring Association since 2003. In his new role, Mr. Zahedani will focus on overseeing the global credit risk and portfolio management team for all of Bay View Funding's various portfolios.

Andrew Aquino - EVP

Andrew is Bay View Funding's Executive Vice President. He rejoined Bay View Funding in October 2005 and served as Senior Vice President until December 2011. He brings over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry holding various positions involving credit analysis, portfolio management, underwriting and marketing. Prior to rejoining the company he worked with Bank of the West and Sanwa Bank of California as a Commercial Banking Relationship Manager. Prior to that, he was Vice President Portfolio Manager for the factoring division of Bay View Commercial Finance Group. Mr. Aquino graduated with a B.A. in Economics/Accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Glen Shu - President

Glen Shu is Bay View Funding's President. He previously served as President of Bay View Funding from April 2009 and Chief Operating Officer from October 2007. Prior to that, Glen served as Executive Vice President since October 2004, and Senior Vice President of underwriting and operations for the factoring division of Bay View Commercial Finance Group, from February 1998 to June 2002. Mr. Shu's background includes experience in asset based lending, while serving in various marketing, underwriting, and portfolio management roles with KBK Financial and Concord Growth Corporation from 1992 to 1998. Mr. Shu began his financial services career with San Francisco Federal in 1989 and has spent over 30 years in the financial services industry. Mr. Shu is a graduate of San Jose State University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance.

Magaly Alfaro - VP

Magaly Alfaro is Bay View Funding's Vice President and Portfolio Manager. Since March 2007, Ms. Alfaro served as Assistant Vice President and Senior Account Executive at Bay View Funding. Prior to joining the company she held various factoring portfolio management positions from 2001 to 2007 with Alliance Financial Capital. Ms. Alfaro began her financial services career with Provident Central Credit Union in 1994 and to date has spent 17 years in the financial services industry. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Morgan Hansen - VP

Morgan Hansen joins Bay View Funding with over 13 years of sales, marketing and underwriting experience. She focuses on the Atlanta metropolitan area and the Southeastern United States. Prior to joining Bay View Funding, Morgan was a Senior Business Development Officer of a factoring/asset-based lending finance company. She attended Kennesaw State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing.

Norman Brame - SVP

Norman Brame is an 18-year veteran of the financial services industry. He has a diverse background in sales, marketing and small business management, having owned and operated various companies. Based in Charlotte North Carolina, he focuses on sourcing new factoring opportunities in the Southeast and surrounding markets. Before joining Bay View Funding, Norman was Regional Vice President of a factoring/asset-based lending finance company. Prior to that, he was National Sales Manager of a bank-owned factoring company. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Advertising from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Robert Brownell - VP

Robert Brownell joins Bay View Funding with over 15 years of invaluable experience in the field of factoring. He began his career with a regional Florida-based bank as a business development officer and has worked for several large factoring companies since. Robert will leverage his extensive experience and skills to provide exceptional service to the Mountain West region. He attended Palm Beach Community College and Florida Atlantic University.

Seth Herman - EVP

Seth Herman rejoined the Bay View Funding team during October 2004 and is currently Executive Vice President, National Sales Manager, marketing and sourcing new business for the Los Angeles, California office and managing the Bay View Funding sales team. He brings over 30 years of factoring experience including but not limited to credit analysis, portfolio management, underwriting and business development. Prior to joining the company he served with Summit Financial for over five years, most recently as Senior Vice President and Western Regional Sales Manager. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Sales for Bay View Funding, Vice President for NationsBanc Commercial Corp. (merged with Bank of America) and an Assistant Vice President with Heller Financial, Inc. Mr. Herman graduated with an M.B.A. from The Pepperdine University and received his B.S. in Finance from The Ohio State University. Mr. Herman is an active member of The Commercial Finance Association, The Textile Professional Club, as well as attending other industry groups.
