Bruce Johnson

Bruce and his wife Sandy reside at their home on Bay Lake, which they have owned since 1992. Prior to his becoming a Realtor, Bruce was a member of the senior management group for Stewart Title Guaranty, the fourth largest title insurance underwriter in the United States. He was responsible for operations and agency services throughout Minnesota, Michigan and Wisconsin. He also served as President of Stewart Title Company of Minnesota, a full service title insurance agency, for over 20 years beginning in 1982. This company facilitated over 150,000 residential real estate closings under his management. The knowledge and experience Bruce gained during that time gives him an exceptional insight into the real estate sales and closing process, which allows him to deliver unsurpassed results for his buyers and sellers. Sandy Johnson - VP

Sandy's background in the real estate industry began in the early 70's as a mortgage loan closer for a title insurance agency in Minneapolis. Throughout her 26 year career she performed thousands of real estate and mortgage loan closings for both residential and commercial properties. She joined Stewart Title Company of Minnesota in 1983, as Vice President of Closing Operations and Human Resources Manager. During her eighteen years with the company she built and managed a closing office network that grew to as many as nine closing offices employing over 100 people. While doing so, she personally handled all of the land development purchases for five of the largest home builders in the twin cities market. This first hand knowledge and experience makes her the perfect candidate to manage our customer's real estate files. She will manage them throughout the entire sales and closing process, bringing them to that all important successful conclusion.
