Bay Air Systems is a family-owned HVAC company, specializing in servicing commercial buildings throughout California through multiple generations and nearly 40 years. Putting our customers first and making their lives easier is the single most important element in defining our business and relationships... Bay Air Systems is founded by John Morgan. Shortly after, Bay Air landed its first major project, bringing John's expertise to redesigning the pneumatic controls on a new HVAC system at Wells Fargo Plaza in downtown Oakland which had not functioned to anyone's satisfaction up to that point... Bay Air gets its start in HVAC Start-Up and Commissioning. Mervyn's was facing post construction, new store, comfort and construction problems. We began working with their Mechanical Engineers and Contractors to identify and correct recurring problems, and make sure equipment and installation were tested, adjusted, balanced and ready for peak performance before store opening.
