Mr. Adesoji O. Oguntuga is a former staff of Balogun Badejo & Co, now BBC Professionals. He has a good knowledge of company secretarial practice. He is currently a successful businessman.
Mr. Adetuyi attended Egan High School Ojo, Lagos and Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago Iwoye, Ogun State. AMA obtained Master in Business Administration (MBA, Finance) from University of Lagos, Akoka, Nigeria and also a Master of Science degree in Financial Reporting from the University of Liverpool, United Kingdom.
He is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and The Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).
Before joining BBC Professionals in 2006, he had worked with A A Consultants; Royal Value International Limited and Oladeji Olagunju & Co (Chartered Accountants), where he rose to the position of an Audit Manager.
Mr. Adetuyi also has the passion of impacting knowledge, and currently serves as Director of Studies at Foresight Professional Institute, Lagos, an ICAN Study Centre. He is a member of Ikoyi Club.

Mrs. Egwuenu attended Ibru College Agbarha Otor, Delta State and Edo State University, Ekpoma, Edo State, where she studied Accountancy. Also, she studied at University of Lagos, Akoka where she obtained Master of Science in Management (M.Sc. Management).
Mrs. Egwuenu is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
She is an IFRS paper presenter and the vice chairperson of the firm's IFRS implementation team.
She had worked with Omega Bank Plc (now Enterprise Bank Limited), Shonubi Abah & CO (Chartered Accountants) and Bytex Nigeria Limited before joining BBC Professionals.
GCE as she is popularly called became a partner in the firm on 1 April, 2011 and she is currently the Administrative Partner.
He attended his primary and secondary schools at Ebu, Delta State and the University of Benin, Benin-city, where he bagged a Master in Business Administration (MBA).
Employed as a Trainee and rose through the ranks to become a Partner on 1 April 2005. JOO became the firm's Managing Partner on 1 April, 2013.
Mr. Obogwu is a Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).
JOO as he is fondly called was the firm's Deputy Managing Partner up to 31 March, 2013.
Mr. Famoriyo graduated in Economics at the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University), Ile Ife. He is a Fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
Mr. Famoriyo started his professional career with Balogun Ayanfalu Badejo & Co., now BBC Professionals (Chartered Accountants) as a Semi-Senior Audit Clerk in 1980 before opting to venture into banking.
He was at various times Financial Controller in various organizations including: Icon Limited (Merchant Bankers), Industrial Bank Limited (Merchant Bankers) and Shell Petroleum Development Company Ltd (SPDC). He was General Manager/Chief Executive Officer in SPDC West Multipurpose Cooperative Society Ltd. and later Cornerstone Asset Management Limited. He also served as a Director of Bank PHB Plc from 2001-2006 and as Chairman of the Bank's Audit Committee from 2001 to 2009.
Along with his expertise as a professional accountant and banker, Mr. Famoriyo combines a high degree of innovativeness in the application of computer technology to banking operations and training. He is currently the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of MFG Consulting Limited, a financial services consulting outfit.
Mr Olufemi Moyegun is a graduate of Agricultural Economics from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State. Before joining Balogun Badejo Consulting Limited, he had a stint with the Tribune Newspapers as Advert Executive. He was the head Compliance Consulting and Training Department of Dun & Bradstreet [D &B], one of the biggest Business Information & Credit Reporting companies in the world. Mr Moyegun had also worked with Credit Chex Consumer Services Limited as the Vice-President. He had attended courses both locally and internationally.
‘Ronke Opajobi holds a B. Ed degree in English/Language Arts from the University of Ibadan. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria. She started her career in company secretarial practice in 1992 when she took up employment as an Assistant Corporate Secretary with Lennap Services Limited, a firm of Chartered Secretaries affiliated with Messrs Pannell Kerr Forster (Chartered Accountants).
Before joining City Secretaries Limited (CSL) as the Chief Operating Officer on 6 July, 2009, ‘Ronke had worked as Head, Corporate Services with Monument Securities and Finance Limited, a firm of Stockbrokers (2008 - 2009) and as General Manager with Folreinco Nominees Limited, a firm of Chartered Secretaries (1999 - 2004) amongst her other working experience.
Miss V. O. Opajobi, FCIS is the Company's Chief Executive Officer. She joined the Company on 6 July, 2009 as the Chief Operating Officer. She heads the Management team.
