Alicia Olcsvay - Assistant Director of Property Management As a graduate of East Stroudsburg and Northampton Community College with a Specialized Degree in Applied Sciences for Paralegal and Business Management, Alicia offers an extremely diversified background in both the legal aspects of real estate as well as the business end of property management. Alicia worked as a paralegal for a prominent local attorney for four years along with managing a well-known property management company for five years. Alicia now finds herself as the Assistant Director of the Property Management Division of Michael Baxter and Associates Commercial Real Estate and Property Management. She has been in the real estate business for over ten years and specializes in residential and commercial property management. Her background includes many different aspects of real estate, from residential and commercial property management, residential sales and services, residential and commercial rentals to working alongside both buyers and sellers.

Originally from the Lehigh Valley, Deron graduated with honors from East Stroudsburg University to earn a bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management. Deron's experience includes over 20 years working in the hotel, restaurant and golf industries including employment in South Carolina, Florida, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Deron is a member of the Professional Golfers Association of America (PGA).
Deron joined MB&A in 2014 as a Commercial Advisor working with both buyers & sellers in the Lehigh Valley & Pocono markets.
Joseph Baxter handles two roles for Michael Baxter & Associates Commercial Real Estate and Property Management. He has been a commercial advisor since 2003, helping clients acquire, dispose of or lease commercial real estate. Having started, owned, operated and sold his own businesses, Joseph has personal experience and knowledge to share with his clients.
Beginning in 2007, Joseph added the responsibility of directing the Property Management Division, which was created specifically to provide property owners with the highest quality service available. Since that time the department has added personnel, diversified property types and more than quadrupled its clientele. Joseph is especially proud of the department's successful turnaround of underperforming and distressed properties.

Michael C. Baxter is a Commercial Advisor at Michael Baxter & Associates Commercial Real Estate & Property Management.
After growing up in Stroudsburg, he attended Cornell University and graduated with a Bachelor's of Arts in Government. After graduation, Michael took a week off and came to work in the commercial real estate firm in 2009.
Since beginning a career in commercial real estate, Michael has represented buyers and sellers in many different types of transactions. Michael's hard work and focus earned him the firm's Top Producer Award in 2014, 2015, and 2016. Since 2014, Michael has sold over $20MM in real estate, making him one of the top earning commercial agents in Monroe County.
Michael has specialized in the representation of selling clients' income producing properties. Michael has sold 4 mobile home parks, multiple strip centers, and office complexes.
Michael has also successfully sold distressed property for Lenders, Bankruptcy Trustees, and Estates.
In addition to a career in commercial sales, Michael is a partner in an apartment rental portfolio 45 rental units, all in Monroe County.
Michael will be a Real Estate Broker by year's end and is a candidate for the CCIM designation.
In his free time, Michael is an avid golfer and spends time with his beautiful wife, Jill and daughter, Anna.
