BAWAC

BAWAC, Inc., is a private, non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation whose policies and goals are determined by a board of directors. An active cross section of the community sits on the board. No applicant for service at BAWAC will be denied on the basis of race, ethnic origin, religion, sex, handicap, disabled veteran or veteran of the Vietnam era... BAWAC, Inc., was established to serve people with disabilities or other barriers to employment through rehabilitation and employment opportunities. The vehicle for rehabilitation is the work itself. BAWAC also serves the business and industrial community by providing an appropriately skilled workforce, production and manufacturing services... BAWAC Community Rehabilitation Center began in March 1973, with assistance and start-up funding from disability advocacy groups across Northern Kentucky.
