Grant has been a qualified builder now for over 30 years and incorporated Bay Group Ltd over 23 years ago. He is a Licensed Building Practitioner and a member of the Master Builders Association. Bay Group Construction is based on the North Shore, and Grant and his team have constructed an extensive list of homes and renovations around the greater Auckland area with quality workmanship and Grant's eagle eye for detail. Grant runs a reliable team of sub-contractors and ensures the project runs smoothly and on time. Difficult tricky builds seem to be Grant's forte at the moment, and he is extremely good at working through situations that can crop up and find the best solution to move the project forward.
