Kevin has significant experience representing landowners, developers, and builders in lawsuits arising from residential and commercial construction projects.

Samuel C. ("Sam") Fulcher joined Baird, Crews, Schiller & Whitaker, P.C., in 2018 as a shareholder after operating as a solo practitioner for several years. A graduate of Belton High School, Sam returned to the area after law school.
Steve Brischke is a shareholder of Baird, Crews, Schiller & Whitaker, having been with the firm since 2006.
