BEACON was founded in 1999 by Mr. Harry O'Neill. As the company president, Mr. O'Neill has managed soil gas and vapor intrusion investigations for more than 30 years, working on federal, state, and commercial projects throughout the United States, as well as internationally supporting projects in over 45 countries and all seven continents. Harry O'Neill is a founding member of the Association of Vapor Intrusion Professionals (AVIP)and was selected to be the lead author of the ASTM Standard for Passive Soil Gas Sampling that was approved on December 1, 2011.
