Rebecca Ribich and Johanna Clyborne joined Barb in founding Brekke, Clyborne & Ribich, L.L.C. in Shakopee in 2005. The three attorneys and friends share a goal of providing quality, affordable legal service to individuals and families while being a vibrant, contributing business to the local community.

Johanna Clyborne is a founding partner in the firm of Brekke, Clyborne & Ribich. She focuses her practice in the areas of family law and legal issues particular to the United States Armed Forces. She is dedicated to helping her clients understand and navigate the complexities of the legal system while vigorously advocating for their rights. In addition to helping her clients, she has served as an expert and neutral in numerous military family law matters. Johanna serves on the Minnesota State Bar Association's Veterans and Military Affairs Council, participates in the Legal Assistance to Military Personnel through the Minnesota State Bar, and Volunteer Lawyers Network. She co-authored Minnesota's Uniform Deployed Parents Visitation and Custody Act, published several articles, and is a frequent lecturer for various organizations, including the Family Law Institute and Minnesota Continuing Legal Education, on the topics of family law and the military and the Service Members Civil Relief Act. Johanna is a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and is a National Board of Trial Advocacy Board Certified Advocate in Family Law.
Kerry McAndrew is of counsel at Brekke, Clyborne and Ribich, L.L.C.. Kerry works in the areas of small business law and wills, trusts, estate planning and probate. She enjoys problem solving for her clients' current legal needs as well as proactively planning for her clients' future needs.
Kerry has practiced law for several years as a solo practitioner in the areas of estate planning and small business law. She worked during law school as a law clerk with Land O'Lakes, Inc. and as a student attorney in the University of St. Thomas's Interprofessional Center for Counseling and Legal Services in the Elder Law practice group.
In her accounting career, Kerry worked for several years in accounting and management positions at the Controller and Director level where she provided financial reporting, analysis, budgeting and planning for small to mid size companies. She has also worked with large companies as an accounting analyst.
Kerry lives in Lakeville with her husband and children.

Rebecca Ribich is a founding partner in the firm of Brekke, Clyborne & Ribich, L.L.C.. As of January 2024, Rebecca will be transitioning into semi-retirement. She has wrapped up her family law practice and is focusing her time in the office on Wills, Trusts and Estate practice. Rebecca will also be continuing with her mediation practice.
Rebecca has been recognized over her legal career a Minnesota Super Lawyers Rising Star by Minnesota Law and Politics, A North Star Lawyer for 2014-2023 (pro bono service), as well as a 2015 honoree as one of Minnesota's Top Women Lawyers. Her focus has always been on assisting clients to proactively and positively work through what are often challenging and difficult times in their lives.
Ms. Ribich also continues to serve as an adjunct faculty member at the University of St. Thomas School of Law in their Mentor Externship Program and has been a guest speaker in Professional Responsibility and Solo/Small classes and a guest coach in Negotiations. In 2011, Rebecca and her law partners were awarded the University of St. Thomas School of Law's Alumni Living the Mission Award.
Rebecca will now be focusing her practice to areas of wills, trusts, estates, and alternative dispute resolution. This includes mediation and social early neutral evaluation. Her calm and compassionate demeanor make her well-suited to help individuals working through conflict. Her focus in on assisting people with getting through a difficult process with the least amount of damage.
Rebecca brings a great deal of community involvement and work experience to her practice. Her involvement in the community has spanned the last 40 years. Rebecca currently serves on the Board of Directors for Southern Valley Alliance Minnesota. She has also served on the steering committee for the Minnesota Business Ethics Award and on the Board of Directors and past President for the Shakopee Chamber of Commerce. Rebecca also participated in the Minnesota Bar Association, Minnesota Women Lawyers and the MSBA Mock Trial Program.
