Formerly the laboratory department manager at Hales Testing Laboratories and Dynamic Consultants, Inc. (DCI), Mr. Kanaya has fifteen years of experience in the testing/inspection business, which includes commercial, Caltrans, Division of the State Architect (DSA) and Office of Statewide Health Planning & Development (OSHPD) projects. From the level of field technician to managing the daily operation of the laboratory, Mr. Kanaya has worked on many types of construction including concrete, masonry, steel, timber and earthwork... A full service construction materials testing, engineering, and inspection firm.
