BEAR RIVER ASSOCIATES - Key Persons
Anthony Meadow co-founded Bear River Associates in 1985 and has served as our president ever since. His primary focus is developing the long-term technical strategy for the company, He also leads our effort in federal business development and overseeing federal projects. In this role, Tony is responsible for directing and designing our MailCenter21 architecture, all while organizing the business and partner relationships critical to the project's success.
A software entrepreneur with more than thirty years experience in the industry, Anthony has authored numerous books about technology and its role in improving business operations. He's also a frequent speaker at industry and user conferences.
He earned a BS in Mathematics and a BA in Sociology from Tulane University.
Since becoming Bear River CEO in 1996, Randall Matamoros has spearheaded a wide range of strategic initiatives, including the architecture of our business services solutions.
