Abhigya Jain has more than a decade of experience advising life sciences companies on technology advancements, data-driven solutions, and end-to-end commercialization to drive innovation, strategy, and value creation. Based in Beghou's Pune, India, office, Abhigya played a pivotal role in building out market access and SP/Hub analytics offerings. His expertise spans various domains, including value and access, sales force strategy, customer insights, patient-centricity, data analytics, data warehousing, and operations excellence. Before joining Beghou, Abhigya served as an Associate Principal at Eversana and a Consultant at ZS. He holds a bachelor's degree in information and technology from the Institute of Engineering and Technology, DAVV.
For more than a decade, Amish Dhanani has helped life sciences companies implement and execute strategies tied to data science and analytics, and omnichannel promotion. Currently, he leads data science, artificial intelligence, omnichannel and digital operations teams in Beghou's Pune, India, office. Amish helps companies extract deeper insights from their data through artificial intelligence and advanced analytics processes. He previously worked at Eversana Consulting, where he set up the firm's data science team in Pune, and ZS, where he supported the firm's omnichannel team. Amish earned an MBA from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, and a bachelor's degree in electronics and instrumentation engineering from the Institute of Engineering & Technology, DAVV in Indore, India.
Beth Beghou has helped life sciences companies around the world address sales and marketing issues for more than 30 years. Drawing on a deep understanding of commercialization strategies in the pharmaceutical industry, she has worked with both emerging and established companies on incentive compensation planning, sales force sizing, territory design, targeting, and more. Beth earned an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a bachelor's degree in French and economics from the University of Nebraska. She was a senior engagement manager at a global sales and marketing consultancy before founding Beghou Consulting in 1993.
Chris Berg has developed software products and custom business software for 30 years. He specializes in developing software for the life sciences industry. He has extensive experience in designing pharmaceutical software tools across platforms from emerging and established pharmaceutical companies. He has worked with a variety of clients across industries and teams of all sizes - from large teams that involve clients and contractors to two-person teams. Chris earned a master's degree in computer science and bachelor's degree from Northwestern University. Prior to joining Beghou Consulting, he worked at a global sales and marketing consultancy, as well as at Zurich North America and Bantix Technologies.
As Chief Financial Officer, Christopher Blanco manages Beghou Consulting's financial infrastructure. He has expertise in financial planning and analysis, operational process integration, and business process transformation and integration. Before joining Beghou, Blanco was Chief Financial Officer at Lockwood, a private equity backed medical communications agency. He has previously served as Chief Financial Officer for private equity backed services companies as well as a marketing services division of News Corp. A Certified Public Accountant, Blanco started his career in public accounting and earned an MBA in finance and marketing from New York University's Stern School of Business and a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Notre Dame.

Eric Beghou is a member of Beghou Consulting's board of directors and is the firm's former Chief Operating Officer. Eric earned an MBA at the Thunderbird School of Global Management - International Business School at Arizona State University. He holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the Haute Ecole D'Ingenieurs et D'Architecture in Switzerland.
With more than 25 years of experience serving in executive leadership roles in health care services companies and in public accounting, Jay McKnight advises companies in the industry on financial and operating strategies as Operating Partner with Varsity Healthcare Partners. McKnight is a Certified Public Accountant and earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Louisiana Tech University.
As Chief Operating Officer, Jeff develops and enhances Beghou Consulting's operating models, drives execution of strategic initiatives, and manages functional teams. He has experience in corporate strategy, revenue and operating model development, and cross-functional leadership in service organizations. Prior to joining Beghou, he was Chief of Staff for the Operations Excellence practice at digital services firm West Monroe. Jeff earned an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and was a Woodruff Scholar at Emory University, where he earned a bachelor's degree in economics and psychology. Outside of work, he is a sustaining member of the Lincoln Park Zoo's Auxiliary Board.

Jon Hesby has advised pharmaceutical companies on their sales and marketing issues for 30 years. He uses advanced analytics to help pharmaceutical companies enhance commercial performance. He has worked with emerging and established pharmaceutical companies on sales force sizing and structure, sales force deployment, incentive compensation, forecasting, and more. Jon earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a bachelor's degree from Northwestern University, with a double major in industrial engineering and economics. He joined Beghou Consulting after 11 years at a global sales and marketing consultancy.

Jon Sandler has built a series of successful, high-growth, information services companies supporting clients in healthcare and financial services, both domestically and internationally, for more than three decades. An active investor in tech-enabled health care services businesses, he previously served as Chairman and CEO of Decision Resources Group, a provider of data, analytics, and insights products and services to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical technology companies. Sandler earned a bachelor's degree and MBA from Harvard University.
Kevin Frymire has partnered with emerging life sciences companies for over 10 years and specializes in data management and commercial operations support. He is based in Beghou Consulting's Boston office. Kevin earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He also earned a master's degree in sports administration and bachelor's degree in economics from Northwestern University.
As Chief Growth Officer, Meredith oversees Beghou's brand-building and revenue-generation initiatives. She has more than 20 years of leadership experience building solutions and driving growth at health care data and analytics companies. Prior to joining Beghou, Meredith was Senior Vice President of Value Development for Clarivate's Science Group portfolio. She also held several roles at Decision Resources Group, including Chief Commercial Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, and head of the company's digital business unit. In these roles, Meredith partnered with life sciences companies to develop and commercialize patient- and data-centric solutions. She earned a bachelor's degree in economics and urban studies from Brown University.

He specializes in market sizing, growth strategy development, implementation planning, operations improvement, launch planning, and business analytics. Rohit also has extensive global experience, having worked in the EU, China and India. Rohit joined Beghou in 2021 from ZS. He earned a bachelor's degree in electronics and communications engineering from Panjab University, India and an MBA from the University of Southern California.
For nearly two decades, Sonam Dubey has helped life science companies implement launch and commercialization strategies. At Beghou, Sonam works with clients on customer engagement strategy, patient centricity and launch planning. Prior to joining Beghou, Sonam was a Partner at Clarivate. She earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from FORE School of Management, New Delhi and a bachelor's degree in statistics from Mount Carmel College.
