BELL'ADESSO - Key Persons
Karen graduated from the California State University with a B.A. in Psychology. In Junior and Senior High school Karen competed in track and cross country. Since then she has found fitness in mountain biking, back packing and aerobic classes. Karen competes in sprint and Olympic distance triathlons, 10k races, half/full marathons and has even participated in the Ironman distance triathlon (4 times!).
In addition to helping her clients achieve their fitness, health and weight management goals, Karen also is a licensed Esthetician in the State of Washington. Talk about full service! You can expect to receive outstanding guidance, encouragement and individualized personal training in the privacy of Karen's home gym. No crowds or generic workout regime to follow.
