Brooke joined Buckman Enochs Coss and Associates after spending one season as a Ticket Sales Consultant and Account Specialist with the Columbus Blue Jackets. During her time there, she developed strong interpersonal and sales skills which resulted in her promotion to the partial plan account team. Brooke graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University with a bachelor's degree in Sport Management and Business Administration and a minor in Accounting.
Jason joined BEC in March 2022 after a year with a Fortune 500 company, Total Quality Logistics, and nearly 2 years at Unified Residential Management. He advanced his customer service, negotiation, and external sales abilities while at TQL - later stepping into a Trainee Captain leadership role to facilitate success of new Logistics Account Executives. To pivot with the pandemic in 2020, Jason was hired as a Leasing Consultant for Unified Residential Management and was promoted to Assistant Property Manager after 8 months, further refining his abilities in leadership and developing relationships. He graduated from Ohio University with a BS in Communications specializing in Media Arts.

Prior to joining Buckman Enochs Coss in 1999, Jon gained five years of diversified recruiting experience with a national staffing firm and with respected educational institutions. He specializes in placing C-level candidates in the medical, surgical, medical device, diagnostic and pharmaceutical industries. Jon has also driven significant expansions of national sales teams.
As Executive Recruiting Manager, he is responsible for hiring and managing our Associate Recruiters. Jon has the distinction of having chalked up more than $3.5 million in recruitment billings during his career. He holds a BFA Degree from Ohio Northern University.
Kirsten, who joined our team in 2004, concentrates on management and high-level sales specialists in the areas of cardiology, oncology, nephrology, rheumatology and neurology for leading global biotechnology and pharmaceutical organizations. She fosters strong relationships with both companies and candidates in order to ensure the highest level of compatibility between the organization's culture and the individual's work experience. She earned a BA Degree in Psychology from Arizona State University.
Rich joined Buckman Enochs Coss as an Executive Recruiter with 7 years of recruiting experience including 4 years as a Lead Recruiter in Talent Acquisition. During his time in recruiting, he developed a strong ability to develop and grow relationships with clients and candidates, manage projects, and work collaboratively with his team to meet objectives. He is passionate about delivering top talent for his clients and goes above and beyond to drive results.
Rich graduated with his diploma in Sport Exercise Science from Loughborough College, UK.
Sarah joined BEC in June 2021 after spending two years at OhioHealth as an Exercise Physiologist in corporate wellness. During her time with OhioHealth, Sarah collaborated with partner employers to strategically implement and market wellness programs for their employees. She developed and led health/wellness programming, such as health education seminars, lifestyle workshops, personal training, and group fitness classes. Sarah graduated from Otterbein University with a BS in Exercise Science and Health Promotion and is currently getting her Masters in Healthcare Administration from Otterbein, where she is the graduate assistant recruiter for the graduate program.
Sophie joined BEC in November 2020 after spending over 2 years at Quantum Health as a Patient Service Representative and Team Lead. During her time with Quantum she developed excellent customer service skills to help others navigate the world of health insurance. After a year she was promoted to a Team Lead where she managed escalated issues and assisted in the development of others. Sophie Graduated from The Ohio State University with a BS in Psychology and completed her MBA from Ashland University with a specialization in healthcare.
Steve founded Buckman Enochs Coss and Associates in 1979 after a successful career in medical sales management. He is one of the few owners of a search enterprise who has viewed the employment business from the hiring side of the equation. This perspective has enabled our company to grow around the understanding that the hiring manager and the hiring organization are our customers, and that we will do whatever it takes to assist them in the talent acquisition process.
Steve was a pioneer in initiating national sales force expansions, and many of the proven principles our company adheres to today were formulated under his leadership. He works only on exclusive assignments with emerging pharmaceutical and medical companies. More than 70 percent of the searches he spearheads for these firms involve C-level positions.
Steve has served on the boards of numerous industry organizations and has been instrumental in helping start-up companies grow into national leaders. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Indiana University.
Ted provides the world's leading medical device, biotechnology, life science and healthcare IT companies-as well as emerging firms in these markets -with insightful consultation essential to the growth of their sales organizations. His consulting and recruiting services are informed by uncommonly keen executive search instincts and a rich store of professional experience.
Since joining Buckman Enochs Coss and Associates in 1993, Ted has successfully completed countless searches for top-caliber executive leadership-including C-level, vice presidents and sales managers. Many of these candidates have been high-impact market movers who contributed very tangibly to the success of their global companies.
Prior to joining Buckman Enochs Coss, Ted served as an Executive Recruiter for Robert Half International. He earned a BS Degree in Business Administration from The Ohio State University.
Tish started with Buckman Enochs Coss and Associates in 2017. Prior to joining the firm, she spent a number of years in key leadership positions within the Mortgage Banking industry. Having the experience of leading multiple employees in the highly competitive world of lending, Tish incorporates effective communication, unrelenting drive, and resilience in her approach to executive search.
