Jordan R. Irwin

Jordan R. Irwin is a member of both the New Jersey and Pennsylvania bar. He graduated from the University of Massachusetts/Amherst School of Business Administration in 1986 and from Rutgers University School of Law- Camden in 1991. Jordan specializes in Personal Injury litigation, ranging from minor to catastrophic injuries. Having worked his way through law school as an insurance claims adjuster and beginning his career as an insurance defense attorney, Jordan has the distinct advantage of knowing how insurance companies and insurance defense firms handle and evaluate cases, which enables him to more effectively represent his clients and maximize their recoveries. Jordan also devotes a sizeable portion of his practice to other areas of law, including Construction Lien Law, Municipal Court, and Residential Real Estate transactions. Marc M. Orlow

Marc M. Orlow was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar after graduating from Delaware School of Law, Cum Laude, in 1979 and after previously graduating from Penn State University, with honors, in 1976. Mr. Orlow previously worked in the tax department of the accounting firm Cooper and Lybrand, focusing on corporate, individual and estate planning matters. In 1980 he joined the firm of Rubin, Shapiro & Slass, which specialized in a sophisticated real estate development and residential real estate subdivisions, as well as, partnership syndications. From 1987 to 1990, Mr. Orlow was general counsel for Landmark Investment Group, focusing on acquisition and development of rehabilitation properties and residential new construction. Mr. Orlow merged with Ross Begelman in 1992, focusing on Employment Law, Employee Discrimination, Whistle Blower and Federal False Claims Acts. In addition to Employment Law, Mr. Orlow has specialized in estate planning and elder law matters, always focusing on advising clients with respect to their estate preservation needs. Ross Begelman - CEO

Ross Begelman is a member of the Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York Bar Associations. Mr. Begelman graduated in the top 5% of his class at Delaware School of Law at Widener University, in May of 1979. He then became a congressional aid in the United States House of Representatives. He was appointed a Deputy Attorney General specializing in economic crimes, fraudulent business practices and complex criminal litigation by Governor Byrne of New Jersey and reappointed to this position by Governor Kean. In August of 1987, Mr. Begelman opened his own firm always emphasizing personal client contact and aggressive representation. He became known throughout the State of New Jersey and Southeastern Pennsylvania as a persuasive litigator in the areas of Civil Litigation, Personal Injury Law, Criminal Defense, Employment Law, and Whistle Blower Claims.
