A title insurance industry veteran, David Ortiz entered the title and escrow business in 1986 and has worked within the nation's top 50 largest publicly held insurance organizations. Prior to co-starting Bell Termite, he was a Naval Officer with the Naval Computers Telecommunications Area Master Station Pacific (NCTAMS PAC) and later served in an executive capacity on the Board of Directors for Creative Physical Fitness (CPFFUND), a nonprofit organization devoted to helping the physical impaired in developing once lost motor skills and self esteem through community involvement and sponsorships.
With over 20 years of experience in construction, real estate, and termite control. Joseph has incorporated his professional background to deliver optimal customer relations and implementing industry protocols. His experience is key in facilitating successful project management and supervising daily business activities.
