Eda has now joined the Bellmerenda Team as a receptionist.
After joining Bellmerenda Real Estate in 2009 and working in property management for 3 years, Ella took a short beak to work for Emirates in Dubai in 2012 - with her focus being customer service based. She returned and has now become a valuable member of the Bellmerenda Sales Team.
Working within a boutique agency with a strong emphasis on client satisfaction for a number of years has allowed Ella to continue to expand her knowledge in all areas of real estate and in particular has encouraged her to dedicate time to the critical areas of buyer management, negotiation and marketing in order to consistently exceed expectations.

After a long and very successful AFL (Australian Rules Football) playing career with West Coast Eagles and Richmond, Mark developed the necessary skills to succeed in a highly disciplined and competitive profession. It is with these same skills and values Mark has embraced a career in real estate.
Having been through the process of buying and selling on a number of occasions, Mark has seen both sides of the Real Estate industry which has led to his understanding of the importance of establishing working relationships based on mutual trust and respect.

Tina Merenda first started in real estate in 1996 working for the same Professionals Real Estate Group for just over 10 years. She has held her property management and sales registration since October 2000.
During that time she performed several roles within the company and has a vast knowledge of all office procedures and worked in both the residential and commercial portfolios. She was also responsible for the office accounts.
She has now joined her husband Mark in carrying out the property management sector of the company and ensures that your property is managed with the most up to the minute advice and tools.
