Craig Bryanton

Craig had been involved in funeral service since 1987 serving the people of Montague area with Ferguson's Montague Funeral Home before joining Belvedere Funeral Home staff in June of 2011. Craig became a licensed embalmer and funeral director in 1993 and became a Certified Crematory Operator in 2011. Craig and his wife Donna live in Stratford. Craig enjoys curling, strolling PEI's beautiful beaches, and touring the Maritime provinces with his wife Donna.

David Rayner

David is proud to have been born and raised on PEI, graduating from Westisle Composite High School where he met his wife of 39 years. He joined the Belvedere Funeral Home in March 2023 bringing with him over 35 years of experience in Customer Service. Fifteen years was spent in Experiential Marketing, which involved traveling the Atlantic Provinces in a Superviorsery role, hiring, training, and supporting Colleagues in providing customers with unique food education and tasting experiences. David and his family moved to Charlottetown in 1994 to attend Maritime Christian College where he received his Ministerial Degree, serving as an Ordained Minister since 1999. For five years David was honored to serve as Chaplin for Beach Grove Home. He firmly believes that the relationships he built with the residents blessed his life much more than he blessed their lives and credits these special relationships with making him the person he is today. David brings to the Team a passion for supporting families through Funeral Service, Grief Support, and as a Celebration of Life Facilitator. David and his wife Kathryn have made Stratford their home where he enjoys Cooking, Grand Kids and Grand Dog, Hunting, Nature, and PEI History.

Devin Somers

Devin has been with us since August of 2020, after spending more than 30 years in customer service. He grew up in Montague, PEI where he graduated from Montague Regional High School, along with his high school sweetheart, who is now is wife of 28 years. Devin graduated in 2023 from Canadian College of Funeral Services (CCFS) and he is a licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer. Prior to joining our team at Belvedere Funeral Home, Devin worked in the men's clothing industry for 22 years. Throughout these years of service, Devin worked in various positions but most recently as store manager. These years of service provided him with the opportunity to serve his community to mentor and teach his teams, both on and off the island. Devin continues his commitment to service at Belvedere Funeral Home and will continue to do the same in the years to come. In his spare time, Devin likes spending time with his family, especially his wife and two "Fur Children", Saoirse (the cat) and Finnigan (the black lab), as well as his three nephews Joel, Maverick, Sawyer. Much time is spent outdoors "Jeepin," hiking, fishing, hunting, and enjoying bonfires, all with Finnigan in tow. Devin also tries his hand at cooking and woodworking and likes to pass time reading. He especially enjoys reading about Ireland and Scotland, which he and his wife explored in 2017 and hope to visit again someday. Devin is pleased to be part of the Belvedere Funeral Home family and looks forward to serving his community in the coming years.

Jamie Vautour

Kim McGuigan

Job Titles:

Kim, who was born and raised on Prince Edward Island, has been with Belvedere Funeral Home since February 2022. Upon completion of high school, Kim continued her education and graduated from the University of Prince Edward Island with a Bachelor of Arts, as well as Mount Saint Vincent, Saint Mary's, and Dalhousie Universities with a Master of Arts. She later acquired her Life Skills Coach Certification from Holland College. Prior to joining our team, Kim served her community for 21 1/2 years working with victims of domestic violence. She continues her commitment to service at Belvedere Funeral Home. Kim enjoys spending time with family (especially her husband and nephews), reading, going for walks with her dog and teaching him new things, and spending time outdoors. Kim is pleased to be welcomed into the Belvedere Funeral Home family and looks forward to serving her community in the years to come.

Natalie Vautour

Natalie joined the Belvedere team in the summer of 2023 after spending the previous 11 years working with the Faculty of Medicine at Dalhousie University as an Operations Manager in New Brunswick. After so many years being surrounded by people pursuing their passions, Natalie came to realize a career change where she can be of greater service to the community would be a great next step. After high school, she pursued a career in travel and tourism, leading her to a wonderful 13 year career with Wyndham Worldwide. During this time she was able to learn about different cultures, how to adapt in an everchanging situation and how leading with compassion and love brings most situations to a peaceful end. Family is at the center of most things she loves. Her daughter Kahlan and husband Jamie bring her great joy in life. Together they love to travel, eat great food and find laughter in everything. Now settled in Charlottetown where she enjoys her hobbies including travel, reading and finding new ways to be creative.

Paul Daigle

Paul was born and raised in Saint John, New Brunswick. He had a keen interest in funeral services from an early age. Paul enrolled in a co-op program in High School and began working at a local funeral home and quickly knew this was his passion. He graduated from the NSCC Community College, receiving a diploma in Funeral and Allied Health Services in 1998. He received his funeral directors and embalmers licence in 1999. Paul has served as Managing Director at Fundy Funeral Home, Saint John, for 20 years, where they served several hundred families a year and brings a tremendous amount of experience. Paul is the proud father of his daughter Julia, who recently graduated as an LPN and is working at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Paul is looking forward to meeting and serving the community of Charlottetown and surrounding areas.

William J. Sampson

Bill was born and raised in North Sydney, Cape Breton, NS, second youngest of nine children. He began working at his local funeral home part time at an early age. Bill became very interested in funeral services. He graduated from NSCC Community College, receiving a diploma in in Funeral and Allied Health Services in 1992. He received his funeral directors and embalmers license in 1993. Bill worked at Dooley's Funeral Home, North Sydney for 11 years. He then became the Atlantic Provinces Representative for the Dodge Chemical Company, serving the funeral profession traveling to all funeral homes in Atlantic Canada, giving technical and educational seminars. Bill also volunteered with Bobby's Hospice in Saint John and served 19 years as an Auxiliary Constable with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his best buddy Henry his German Shepard. Bill is looking forward to meeting and serving the community of Charlottetown and surrounding areas.
