Daisy joins the BERMANFALK team with a Bachelor of Design (Architecture) from the Queensland University of Technology, Australia, and experience as a custom manufacturing Project Manager. She believes that a customer-centric and forward-thinking company fosters open communication, which blossoms into genuine relationships with both team and clients. Daisy enjoys stepping outside of her comfort zone in challenging but rewarding ways by embracing the outdoors and connecting with nature through hiking, camping, and snowboarding.

Her busy life as a mom of four means that she is always on the go, even after work.
Daniel has been with BERMANFALK for over five years, training from the ground up on all aspects of the industry. He is passionate about creating a team who are hard working, like-minded and strive for the same goals, and focuses on open, honest and transparent communication. Daniel's focus is to ensure that each client has the service they expect and that their relationship allows them to have meaningful dialogue at any time. He believes that working as a team is what drives the success of a project. Family time is important to him, and he loves to spend a quiet day fishing with his son.
With a background in finance and a Bachelor of Accounting, Elisabete drives to deliver the best results to help our clients succeed. Elisabete believes that learning from our day-to-day challenges makes us stronger. Emily's Bachelor's degree in Art History from Boston University and Interior Design degree from Parsons The New School reflect her love of understanding how things are made. She brings her curiosity and creativity to her role as Senior Project Manager, where she helps the team bring projects to success by focusing on customer needs and driving deadlines. Outside of work, Emily loves traveling and impressing folks around her with her uncanny knack for remembering street names.
As a lifetime entrepreneur, Gary believes the key to building successful businesses is surrounding yourself with great people that share the same passions. Hospitality is a true testament to this principle, as having a strong relationship with all stakeholders is a critical cornerstone to success in the industry. Gary has a fitting passion for all outdoor sports - either on ice, snow, or dry land.
Harpreet contributes creatively to innovative projects, which is one of the many reasons she enjoys working here. With extensive experience as a CADD Technician, she has a Certificate in Interior Design Fundamental from BCIT and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Interior Design from Yorkville University. In addition to project work, Harpreet also appreciates BERMANFALK's company culture and her amazing coworkers. Jad is part of BERMANFALK's Project Management team, with a Bachelor's in Interior Design and expertise in mixed interior design and project management. Jasmine Ram is our talented Marketing Coordinator, who works tirelessly to bring our online brand presence to a whole new level. Jasmine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a minor in Business from SFU, and has honed her marketing and communications skills at places that range from Fuse and Sip and BC Children's Hospital. Her experience allows her to listen to her customers ideas and then work closely with them to ensure that a final product is as close to their vision as possible. She is proactive in her approach, and prides herself on finding solutions and options that help solve problems, quickly and correctly. Marcel has been in the woodworking industry since 2005, initially building furniture and cabinetry, then programming automated machinery and working as a CAD technician. Prior to working for BERMANFALK, he had his own company which specialized in custom cabinetry and millwork. Marcel works with clients as the model room is being installed, which allows him to see first hand any improvements that can be made to the furniture to help ensure we are providing exactly what the client desires.

Matilda is the Controller here at BERMANFALK, and has her CGA and 25 years of experience. As the team leader of the accounting department, she is always reminding the team that it is important to understand the customers point of view. Matilda has been instrumental in developing a strong and efficient accounting team where clear communication and customer satisfaction is the number one priority. In her spare time Matilda loves learning about different cultures, customs, food and behaviour.
With a Diploma in Public Relations, Nadia brings to the company her keen sense of clear communication as well as her passion and creativity. Working with a kindhearted and creative team, she collaborates on finding solutions and making products that everyone can be proud of. When she isn't working, Nadia is likely rewatching the 1998 Parent Trap movie with a giant bag of popcorn in her hands.
Patrick brings extensive experience and a BA in Business, International Development Studies to BERMANFALK's Logistics team. If there's something that can be shipped, chances are he's shipped it! At BERMANFALK, he values camaraderie and finds fulfillment in project progress. Patrick troubleshoots shipping inquiries to keep operation disruptions to a minimum, and actively seeks to make enhancements to the logistics process. His greatest strength lies in communication and anticipating issues. Off-duty, Patrick's passion for travel, exploring 36 countries, fuels his love for diverse cultures, cuisines, and outdoor adventures.
Reea, our Project Coordinator, shines with a background in Process Engineering and a BASC in Chemical Engineering. Reea's strength lies in organizing and collaborating across teams, working closely with PM's for effective solutions and ensuring smooth information flow. Her superpower? Front-End Design. Using Figma, she enjoys distilling brainstorms into concise solutions for her clients, showcasing her talent and creativity. Reea also has a love for furry pets that make their way to the office.
With 14 years of experience in drafting high-end custom millwork and cabinetry and having worked as a Project Coordinator for one of BC's largest developers, Sarah brings to the BERMANFALK team the perfect blend of top-notch organizational skills and ability to adapt to new challenges. Sarah loves banding together with the team to bring unique and innovative designs to life. Outside of work, you can find her in the great outdoors - whether that's at her family farm, the back roads of BC, or little-known waterways.

She enjoys traveling to destinations that inspire her with cultural heritage, design, and delicious cuisine.

Sonny has over 10 years experience in domestic furniture manufacturing in California, along with extensive installation and quality control experience while in Asia. He loves being fully entrenched in the furniture process, and from growing up in a forest, to working harvesting trees, to now watching raw materials turned into high quality furniture, he truly sees the big picture. Sonny says he takes tremendous pride in the inspiring, rewarding work atmosphere found at BERMANFALK, where individual learning and career growth are well fostered.
Steven has his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, and working at BERMANFALK allows him to utilize the skills he acquired at school, while continuing to learn by working as part of a great team. And he truly feels the team is great, due to their shared determination and passion to see a client's vision successfully achieved. Steven's days are not filled with simply crunching numbers- providing updates and answering client questions are also among his duties. When he's not working, Steven likes to relax by hiking with his dog, Murphy.

Taylor not only brings a level of creativity into her personal life as a music enthusiast, but also to the BERMANFALK team with her Certificate in Foundations in Design. With her ability to think critically and problem solve, she excels in her position as Project Coordinator.
