Mr. Roth joined the firm in 1974 and became a partner in 1980. Mr. Roth's practice is concentrated in the areas of medical malpractice, product liability, and personal injury litigation, which includes workers' compensation, automobile negligence and construction site accidents. Ms. Monchik-Goldman is a member of Bendit Weinstock's Business and Estate Litigation Group wherein she focuses her practice on document review, coding, and management for complex litigations. Ms. Monchik-Goldman is an e-discovery professional with over 15 years of in-depth document management experience. She has worked for several international law firms and some of the largest health insurance providers in the United States with discovery productions and preparation of documents for depositions and trial.
Ms. Monchik-Goldman has also assisted with the production of documents by fortune 500 companies in response to subpoenas related to large scale government investigations. She has been intimately involved with all facets of the document management processes involved with contract, class action, pharmaceutical, products liability, antitrust and contract disputes. Ms. Monchik-Goldman has assisted clients in matters pending in various state and federal courts.
Ms. Monchik-Goldman has been trained in community and divorce mediation and she has served as a member of the Old Bridge Domestic Violence Response Team.

Biography:
Mr. Landman joined the firm in 2021 as an associate. He focuses his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, corporate law, labor and employment law, and government affairs.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Landman served as an associate with a leading education law firm in Bergen County where he gained experience handling various education, public sector labor, and business law matters. Mr. Landman also served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Mara Zazzali-Hogan, J.S.C. of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Monmouth Vicinage. During his clerkship, Mr. Landman managed the Complex Business Litigation docket and assisted Judge Zazzali-Hogan in all aspects of civil trial practice.
Mr. Landman is a graduate of Seton Hall Law School in Newark, where he served as an Evening Senator in the Student Bar Association and earned an Excellence Award in Constitutional Law while working for his local state legislators and various law firms throughout the state.
Today, Mr. Landman is committed to working closely with his clients and providing sound legal counsel to ensure clients are provided the tools necessary to make informed decisions and achieve favorable results.
Mr. Mazza joined the firm and became a partner in 1992. His practice is primarily concentrated in Personal Injury and Workers Compensation. Mr. Mazza has been lead trial counsel in hundreds of matters on behalf of injured individuals. He has been designated by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Civil Certified Trial Attorney. He has received a number of recognitions, including selection to the New Jersey SuperLawyers' for multiple years. Mr. Mazza also served as a Judicial Clerk for the Honorable Kenneth Stein, Judge Superior Court of New Jersey from 1991-1992.

Mr. Kalb joined the firm in 1992, as counsel. His practice is concentrated in the area of commercial litigation, in federal and state courts, including intellectual property, environmental, computer technology, real estate, and contract litigation. Mr. Kalb also has expertise in business transactional matters, including acquisition and venture capital transactions. He has founded and operated several successful businesses. He is corporate counsel to several businesses and professional firms in New Jersey, and has been appointed by various Courts as a Special Master, Guardian, Receiver, and in other capacities, to monitor and resolve business and other complex litigation matters.
Ms. Tiritilli joined the firm as an associate in 1996 and has been of counsel to the firm since 2005. Her practice is primarily concentrated in commercial and business litigation, small condominium formations, municipal law, and general litigation, as well as family law, and estate litigation.
Biography:
Mr. Keegan joined the firm in 1980 and became a partner in 1982. His practice is concentrated in the area of business and general litigation, and includes all manner of complex commercial litigation. He represents clients in securities industry arbitrations as well as complex family law and environmental matters. His practice also includes the representation of professionals, including attorneys, accountants and physicians, in connection with business disputes and dissolutions.

Mr. Tringali is a Partner and the Chair of the Business and Estate Litigation Group. He is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney, and he has been appointed by the Supreme Court of New Jersey to serve as the Chair of the District XII Ethics Committee.
Mr. Tringali has represented companies of various sizes as well as individuals in litigations filed in New Jersey, New York, Florida and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Tringali frequently handles contract litigation, ownership buyouts and shareholder disputes as well as commercial tenancy matters.
Mr. Tringali frequently handles estate litigation, and he represents public sector clients, health care providers and individuals involved in family matters. Mr. Tringali has served as court appointed counsel for alleged incapacitated persons in guardianship proceedings and he serves as a court appointed mediator and early settlement panelist for Chancery matters pending in several counties in New Jersey. Mr. Tringali and his team serve as outside general counsel for several businesses.
Mr. Tringali takes a result driven approach to litigation and his diverse background of experiences allows him to be creative in his approach to representing clients. Mr. Tringali strives to promote prudent and ethical lawyering and works closely with clients to make informed decisions about case strategies.
Mr. Tringali served as an adjunct professor at Seton Hall Law where he taught Appellate Advocacy for several semesters, and he is a member of Seton Hall Law's Small Firm Advisory Committee. When he is not in the office, Mr. Tringali serves as the Vice President of Softball for the Cranford Baseball and Softball League, and he is a New Jersey appeals board member for the United States Selective Services System.
Mr. Bhattacharya is the firm's Managing Partner. He joined the firm in 2007 and became a Partner in 2014. His practice is primarily concentrated in Catastrophic Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice and General Litigation. Mr. Bhattacharya has been lead counsel in hundreds of matters on behalf of injured individuals. He is a New Jersey Civil Certified Trial Attorney. Mrs. Tringali is an experienced electronic discovery and document management attorney who has worked for fortune 500 companies.
Mrs. Tringali has worked on electronic discovery for the largest law firms in the country on complex litigations involving contract, employment, bankruptcy, life insurance policy and intellectual property disputes. She has also assisted with electronic discovery involving internal investigations, and state investigations related to investment banking and residential mortgage-backed securities.
After graduating law school, Mrs. Tringali served as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Pedro J. Jimenez, Jr., J.S.C. and worked for a law firm specializing in estate planning and guardianship proceedings.

Kay Gonzalez is a dynamic trial lawyer who uses her courtroom skills, savvy negotiation tactics, and sound judgment to help people who have suffered grave injuries. A Partner in the firm's personal injury and medical malpractice groups, Kay has recovered millions of dollars for clients in car accident, premises liability, catastrophic injury, and workers' compensation cases.
Kay has represented clients in hundreds of New Jersey Superior Court cases, serving as lead counsel in numerous jury trials. On top of her extensive trial experience, Kay has presented arguments before the New Jersey Appellate Division and Supreme Court of New Jersey. Her notable appellate victories include a precedential ruling that a chaperone lacked authority to sign an arbitration agreement waiving a minor's right to a jury trial over injuries suffered at a trampoline park. Gayles by Gayles v. Sky Zone Trampoline Park, 468 N.J. Super. 17 (App. Div. 2021). When she isn't advocating for her clients, Kay regularly speaks on trial practice and procedures, novel legal issues, and emerging trends in personal injury law.
Kay previously served as the Assistant Commissioner for Consumer Protection Services in the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance. In that role, she protected New Jersey consumers from unfair practices of insurance companies while managing a staff of over 90 employees. Kay began her legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable Jamie D. Happas, P.J.Cv. (Ret.).

Mr. Desiderio joined the firm in 1981 and became a partner in 1985. Mr. Desiderio's practice is concentrated in the areas of municipal law, corporate business, real estate transactions and estate planning and litigation. Sherri Davis Fowler is a litigator and business counselor with more than 30 years experience. She joined the firm in 1989. Her practice focuses on complex business litigation, disputes over ownership and operation of businesses, unfair business practices, fraud, fiduciary claims, and estate matters.
During her career, Ms. Fowler has litigated and resolved all manner of business disputes, including interpretation and application of agreements relating to licensing, marketing, business governance, employment, secured transactions, and intellectual property and technology use. She has litigated a multitude of complex matters, including fiduciary performance cases, disputes involving restrictive covenants and non-competition agreements, creditor claims, fraudulent conveyance actions, insurance coverage disputes, will contests, and estate administration disputes.
Ms. Fowler counsels individuals and businesses concerning transactions and contractual relationships which govern their day-to-day operations and dealings. She provides strategic advice concerning the conduct, management and settlement of litigation matters, in the context of a business' need to focus on conducting its business operations, while also addressing the litigation at hand.
Ms. Fowler also has negotiated and drafted a variety of agreements for businesses and individuals, ranging from contracts governing business entity start-up, to international co-partnerships and distributorship arrangements.
Ms. Fowler also handles the bulk of the firm's appellate work, which encompasses practice areas including real estate, insurance coverage, complex personal injury cases, and municipal law. During her tenure with the firm, Ms. Fowler has handled numerous appeals in state and federal courts, addressing both substantive and procedural issues. Her extensive knowledge of the litigation process from pre-trial proceedings though appeal serves to inform her advice to those involved in litigation.
Ms. Fowler has lectured on topics of interest to business owners and decision-makers and to litigators. She has been appointed by Courts as a guardian ad litem in litigation matters, and is a long-time appointed member of the New Jersey State Bar Equity Jurisprudence Committee. She served as a member, then Chairperson of the New Jersey Supreme Court District Fee Arbitration Panel of the Office of Attorney Ethics, in the Essex County vicinage, from 2001 to 2005, conducting hearings and issuing opinions.
Mr. Gold joined the firm as a partner in 2000. Gold received his Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1975 and his JD from Seton Hall University Law School in 1981, cum laude. He has been appointed by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney since 1989. He served as the vice-chairman and chairman of the Ethics Committee and on the Fee Arbitration Committee in his county.
For the last eighteen years, he has appeared as a lecturer on the annual Hot Topics in Medical Malpractice Seminar now sponsored by the New Jersey Law Journal. He also regularly lectures for the American Trial Lawyers Association-NJ and New Jersey Association for Justice on complex trial practice and procedure, ethics, and professional malpractice topics.
Mr. Gold is also widely published in the area of medical malpractice and has taught medical malpractice at Seton Hall Law Center. He also has lectured to doctor and hospital groups on prevention of medical malpractice.
