Ms. Monchik-Goldman is a member of Bendit Weinstock's Business and Estate Litigation Group wherein she focuses her practice on document review, coding, and management for complex litigations. Ms. Monchik-Goldman is an e-discovery professional with over 15 years of in-depth document management experience. She has worked for several international law firms and some of the largest health insurance providers in the United States with discovery productions and preparation of documents for depositions and trial. Ms. Monchik-Goldman has also assisted with the production of documents by fortune 500 companies in response to subpoenas related to large scale government investigations. Andrew K. Landman

Biography: Mr. Landman joined the firm in 2021 as an associate. He focuses his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, corporate law, labor and employment law, and government affairs. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Landman served as an associate with a leading education law firm in Bergen County where he gained experience handling various education, public sector labor, and business law matters. Mr. Landman also served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Mara Zazzali-Hogan, J.S.C. of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Monmouth Vicinage. Joseph H. Tringali

Mr. Tringali is a Partner and the Chair of the Business and Estate Litigation Group. He is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney, and he has been appointed by the Supreme Court of New Jersey to serve as the Chair of the District XII Ethics Committee. Mr. Tringali has represented companies of various sizes as well as individuals in litigations filed in New Jersey, New York, Florida and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Tringali frequently handles contract litigation, ownership buyouts and shareholder disputes as well as commercial tenancy matters. Mr. Tringali frequently handles estate litigation, and he represents public sector clients, health care providers and individuals involved in family matters. Mr. Tringali has served as court appointed counsel for alleged incapacitated persons in guardianship proceedings and he serves as a court appointed mediator and early settlement panelist for Chancery matters pending in several counties in New Jersey. Kay A. Gonzalez

Kay Gonzalez is a dynamic trial lawyer who uses her courtroom skills, savvy negotiation tactics, and sound judgment to help people who have suffered grave injuries. A Partner in the firm's personal injury and medical malpractice groups, Kay has recovered millions of dollars for clients in car accident, premises liability, catastrophic injury, and workers' compensation cases. Kay has represented clients in hundreds of New Jersey Superior Court cases, serving as lead counsel in numerous jury trials. Sherri Davis Fowler is a litigator and business counselor with more than 30 years experience. She joined the firm in 1989. During her career, Ms. Fowler has litigated and resolved all manner of business disputes, including interpretation and application of agreements relating to licensing, marketing, business governance, employment, secured transactions, and intellectual property and technology use. She has litigated a multitude of complex matters, including fiduciary performance cases, disputes involving restrictive covenants and non-competition agreements, creditor claims, fraudulent conveyance actions, insurance coverage disputes, will contests, and estate administration disputes. William L. Gold

Gold received his Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1975 and his JD from Seton Hall University Law School in 1981, cum laude. He has been appointed by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney since 1989. He served as the vice-chairman and chairman of the Ethics Committee and on the Fee Arbitration Committee in his county. For the last eighteen years, he has appeared as a lecturer on the annual Hot Topics in Medical Malpractice Seminar now sponsored by the New Jersey Law Journal.
