If we have previously serviced your watch and you require warranty evaluation, then please use the link below (WARRANTY EVALUATION PURCHASE button) to submit a warranty evaluation payment ($15). AFTER you have made your payment, scroll down to the bottom of THIS page and download the repair/shipping authorization form. Print out the form, complete the left-hand side, sign and date the bottom, then ship your watch to us. Any watch arriving without the $15 payment will be considered abandoned property 30 days after our receipt of the watch with no associated $15 warranty evaluation payment... WARRANTY INFORMATION: Our limited warranty does NOT cover ANY damage caused by water for ANY reason. If your repaired watch gets fogged inside or you notice water inside, you may contact us to send it in for ADDITIONAL repairs (at your expense) but to be clear, the damage caused by water from ANY source is NOT covered by our limited warranty.
